The WORST post-purchase customer service. Inasmuch as you want to support local farmers and businesses, theirs is just the most unreliable service. Order took 1 month to get delivered even if their website says 1-2days delivery. Delivery time is also unreasonable—past 7pm. Never again.

Found a place that doesn't compromise quality and taste in their food. To some, their desserts are considered pricey. But what you get is what you pay for and trust me you'll be coming back for more. For me sulit na sulit (totally worth it)! I HIGHLY recommend them. I have ordered fruits and vegetables before and they were fresh! Delivery is pretty good. Usually for me, it takes 2 to 3 hours.

We ordered Vietnam Rose (Portulaca) plants, succulents, and Mayana plants from them. Unlike Instagram shops, their pricing is affordable. We even got 1 free plant. The shipping was free as well (if your total is 600 pesos and above if I'm not mistaken). We received the order within two days. The process is easy and quick. They're super hands-on and they'll call you to ask if you're available on the date of the delivery. They'll also update you if your order is on the way. I love the plants so much! They're in really good condition. As a budding plantita, I highly recommend this shop.

I did not received my orders last July 13. I cancelled it and demand for my refund. Up to this date I did not received my refund. Its been more than a month. Lousy and slow service. Promising to refund my money but they dont even give feedbacks.

The team was communicative, the purchase was easy to do online, the delivery went well, and the plants look great. Will definitely order again.

Had ordered several times but I am very disappointed with my last order. It took more than 10days to deliver, advised to deliver at 6:30pm, delivered almost 9pm, and had missing item. A very dissatisfied customer here. UPDATE: missing item was delivered the following day. Increasing the stars. I hope staff will continue to improve their service.

I cancelled my order in Aug. because it’s taking so long to deliver. Up to now, Sept 26, the refund has not been effected. It appears that this is a modus of this outfit. I’ve read several reviews about their non-payment of refund for undelivered order. Worst is they do not response to follow up thru emails. Attention DTI: their license to do business should be cancelled/revoked.

Do NOT order from this seller. They do not deliver next day. I asked for a refund and they kept on telling me they will deliver. Scam!

I made my order and fully paid it on Mar 21. I received PART of my order on Apr 2 (2 weeks after) and the rest are still pending as of today (Jun 6–2 months and counting). I’ve followed up numerous times for the refund or delivery of the remaining items to no avail.

Totally disappointed with Homegrown Organics. It was supposed to be same day delivery when I placed my order last Jan 4and it arrived past 7pm of January 10. I confirmed the order and I received a message that does not tell me anything (see photo). The soil is very wet, even with rice hull so the 3 kgs you will get is just enough for 1 pot of plant. Be wary when clicking their offers, pictures they attach are misleading. Totally not worth it. Never again.

My orders in April were not delivered. Therefore, I cancelled my order in May. Up to this date, I have not received the refund which they committed to do.

Ordered June 9. I was told there was a delay in the delivery of goods. Sent 2 follow up emails, June 22 and June 29, still haven't received my order. I asked for a refund last July 5. It is now July 13 and I still have not received my order or a refund. I was happy to support our local farmers but I believe I've reasonably waited for them to fulfill my order so I'm just disappointed with how this all turned out.

This was not my first time to order here. I had a good experience that’s why I decided to order again on September. However, they failed to deliver due to the typhoon so we both agreed to just cancel the order and they will just refund me. They said it will only take a week to process my refund. Guess what. It’s already December. Haven’t received my refund. Been messaging them either they wont reply or they will say “bukas” or stille processing. For goodness sake. 550pesos and it will take 3 months.

I ordered last July 17, 2022 but to my dismay no items were delivered…I demand for refund last August but no refund came after a week as they promised. Today is September 24, 2022 and no update from them. It seems to me this is a scam after all. Zero customer service. This company should be shut down if they continue to act like this.

NEVER EVER BUY HERE!! I placed an order through their website back in 2021 and waited for a month for the delivery but my order was never delivered. I asked for a refund and until now I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! This is by far the worst customer experience I have encountered. If only I could rate this 0 star I WOULD!!
