Aircon is barely working. Poor maintenance. Poor admin response and the tenants suffer from all the inconvenience. Customer service needs to improve. Rooms are too small, and the divider/slider door just made it look even smaller. Walls in between units are not concrete, noises can be heard from other units. Stains on walls. No nearby grocery stores, you'll still have to commute or book a ride. Great view though.

Any warning from government is a good reason to close amenities. Imagine pay 20k+ to stay in 20sqm room, and you could not use a swimming pool or the gym, when other apartments are still opened. Good thing they fixed the entrance from the new bridge (thanks god!). Also, security are friendly, and respectful. Windows no have any polarizer, it's like a sauna during daytime. No efficient, but good view.

Good view of the river for now, but given the plans on PAREX, that view would be lost once it is in place, much like all other developments beside expressways. Whole area is also going to get noisy. Not a good buy long-term, better find other properties instead in the area which may be cheaper per square meter, as its only advantage being the views of the river would be gone in a few years.

This for smart petshop…. I don’t recommend this pet hotel. we had our dog stayed here 5 days and they said they will walk him but didn’t. When we arrived, they lost the leash which they said they couldn’t find since day 1. This means they didn’t walk him since day 1! Overfed my dog too! We gave treats but only 1 treat was taken from his bag. Staffs were not friendly. Just please do not bring your pets here. 😡 Find one that will really take care of you’re pets while on vacation. (My dog was in jail when I’m in vacation)😞

Was really interested in investing here given the nice riverside location but I heard there's a tollway called "PAREX" being built right beside this place. That would totally destroy its projected property value, not to mention ruin our home's view and negatively affect our health if ever we open our windows due to the smog/pollution. Would hold off on my investment for now. and would highly advise friends to do the same. I hope Century Properties will do something to protest about this horrible tollway plan and save what could have been a nice riverfront development.

Condo management's emphasis on hygiene more than most other establishment is laudable. Aside from temperature check and alcohol access at building entry points, there's alcohol provided at the elevators and hourly cleaning of elevator buttons etc.

The building itself is quite exquisite but the level of security is not quite high. They don't offer proximity card so anyone can just go up and down floors. The lobby is designed very well and their amenities are good but it is not near to shops or groceries or even 7/11. It would be a good 10 minute walk to find one.

They offer me anything I could ask for in a pet store---foster care, food, accessories, grooming,  how I wish they can have a clinic too, they make it easy for me to take care of my cat if it they'll have one

Cats were afraid to take a bath as a myth, but as I have seen my own cat, it's not water he is afraid of, it's the blower used to dry him. They were the only pet shop that was friendly with cats when grooming in my own perspective. They put my cat in a no noise dryer box. I think it is, my cat was very relaxed getting dried inside, it's time consuming, yet I know my cat is far from getting stressed after that.

I repeatedly came back here because of their ZIWI products, this is an imported food product from them and yet they offer the cheapest price compared to others! They are the only ones I see on Shopee and Lazada with physical shop so I can see how legit their products are. It's surprising they can deliver it on the same day when I run out of stock, just book Lalamove or Grab, transaction will be smooth, stocks never run out.

They offer a lot of PETKIT products, what's more, the price of their products is same to what it is in official PETKIT page, their selling price is competitive among the other shops both online and free standing shops which sell the same brand of products, I am just starting to have collection of PETKIT products for my cat, I am just waiting for them to have sale online every month because it makes me save more and buy more at the same time, thank you Smart Petshop!

Pet daycare to them if you have a pup is the best. It is included in their foster care of walking your dog twice a day. I find it special because I used to take my dog to pet shops in malls because I thought bringing him in there because they are popular means they will offer extra mile service for my dog. They are open also even on holidays, in regular store hours which means someone looks out for your pet the whole day. They close mostly near midnight time so your pet will be left for a short period of time. If there is a pet shop which doesn't close even a day in a year, you all check them out

This petshop smells nice, the ambiance, the surrounding is neat and lit, the cashiers were friendly and accomodating considering I just only buy few products, and, it seems like a mall inside

One of the best residences in Manila. I love that they have their own gate & area unlike some other residences/condominiums with only a lobby.

We called before we went to the place to ask if their grooming services are available and they said YES and they're open until 12 midnight. After we got there ( around 7:45-7:50pm) they said no one's available to groom our fur babies but we told them that we already CALLED and they confirmed through phone call. After a talked they decided to accommodate us, but we don't know what happened that it took 4 HOURS for them to finished, imagine 8pm-12am. Never again so we don't recommend this grooming salon.
