SM hypermarket is a supermarket that combines fresh produce with basic dry goods such as plates, pitchers, water containers, cutlery and more. They also have good produce here such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, poultry and fish as well as juices, sodas, canned goods and so much more at affordable prices

The mall management is very particular in observing that its clients practice the necessary health protocols within the mall vicinity.

The store is ok for casual grocery getting, but for me, their product selection is somehow limited. Their price is a little bit higher compared to other supermarkets. But what i dislike most about this store is that there is no check out screen facing the customer while paying.

Very helpful staff. One of the smallest hypermarkets I've been through but almost everything is here. My only concern is the lengthy process of checking out during rush hours.

Easily the worst grocery in Pulilan and might also be the worst grocery store that I have ever been. Very poor selection of goods, Very small grocery even tho the mall is huge. This pandemic, they open only few cashiers and sometimes only one to serve customers, taht should have been a violation of the ssocial distancing protocol while there are a lot of other staffs around.

Most of the time it's crowded, the prices of some of the products is more expensive than the other nearby stores.

Could not tell why they could not redeem my SMAC points. Have to call SMAC which is very inconvenience on the part of the customer. The Cashier's Manager could not do anything to resolve but instead they brush me off by saying to call SMAC hotline! Hope this could be read by the management of SM Pulilan

Mall along Stop-over / bus terminal. Convenient location to pick up groceries and dine-in. 2nd floor is bare. With few gadget shops if you need any charger or powerbank.

Spoiled meat. Don’t get sick and have diarrhea for week because you ate their old spoiled food from their meat section. Aisles are so small. It’s crowded and have carts. Only one person can fit in a an aisle section. It real feels like a big hassle to shop here. Fight your way with crowds in one section then to wait over 30 minutes in line for a cash register. You think they would solve this and make it more pleasant for the customer. You would assume someone smart would get the customer in and out as quickly as possible so you can have more customers and more money for their owners and business investors.
