Decent subdivision but going there will make one encounter traffic, it is brutal if you are going down to city proper. It is perfect for those who are retired and just need to buy daily essentials close by but if you are working in BGC, Makati, Ortigas, then good luck as per Grab it will cost you 1K tops for one way.

Quiet and secured. Their roads are also wide. I go there for jogging and sight seeing because there are still a lot of trees everywhere. NOTE: You need to be with a homeowner in order to get inside. The guard may call the house of the homeowner if you're not going in with them.

Nice subdivision. Have scenic similarity with Ayala Alabang. Very good surroundings with green environment.
