I strongly recommend Keilor Private for any of your Endoscopy/Colonoscopies! Receptionists are so sweet and welcoming and the Doctors and Nurses are amazing and keep you comfortable and calm! Big thank you to Dr. Geeta Srivatsa, Dr. Ashley Hague and the lovely nurses who took care of me. They are highly professional and kind. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I’m sure generally it’s probably a good hospital but the experience my partner had was terrible! First the rude lady that called this morning to ask him to come in at 3pm instead of 3:45pm and pretty much saying too bad when he said he’d already made arrangements to leave work at a certain time. Secondly I was told to pick him up at 6:30pm then was told he couldn’t leave yet when I got there. Communication was very very poor

Absolutely lovely staff. Informative and accommodating along the entire journey from reception to aftercare. I have ASD and severe anxiety and they helped me to remain calm and I feel gentle genuine care. You guys are the best.

This review is for the receptionist. I went to drop my partner off and I had coffee. She told me I can drink coffee at hospital because other people are fasting. After that I left and went to pick my partner up. Went to the reception and rudely and abruptly told ‘ to wait in the car’. I wonder what reason she is passive aggressive! She has no right to talk down to me!

Wow! I wish I worked in a place like this. Everyone was just so welcoming and friendly! Wasn't expecting that at all. I had expressed my anxiety and concerns during the initial consultation and prior to the procedure but everyone really made sure that they would take care of me. Some people may have a different experience and may say they were trying to dismiss theur concerns and I do understand that. But they were very polite, very sincere and really encouraged me to settle down and stay calm. They were all so nice! Dr Jonathan Tan was also very calm and helped me settle in. He explained quite well what is going to happen as wel as the costs that I might incur. They gave me information as to what I have and what to do next. They also made sure I was safely back in our car. Superb service!

Nurses were lovely (Dr Chen and Co) and attentive. Facilities are very clean and comfortable - felt like a stay at a hotel. Highly recommend Keilor Private Hospital. Thank you!

What a place!! I had two procedures performed at Keilor Private at the end of May. I have nothing but praise for the professional & caring staff who looked after me on this occasion. The administration staff were very helpful. The anaesthetist was great, as were the nursing staff. Dr Mangira was lovely, introduced himself prior to surgery & came to speak to me afterwards, explaining my results in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend this Hospital.

I found all of the staff and doctors to be excellent. Nice clean facilities close to home. I would especially like to thank the two admin people at reception (Sally and Stephanie), the nurses (Jenni and Chris), and Dr Zanati who was really caring and took his time to explain everything to me.

The hospital is pristine and the staff are amazingly helpful & friendly. Very different to my experiences in the large hospitals. My procedure ran very smoothly and seemed finished in a flash. Thank you doctors & nurses at Keillor Private Hospital.

I understand the need to deny what happened since it exposes the hospital to deep flaws, where clearly priority is given to the financial aspect of the hospital and ignoring the needs of the patients, Denying what happened ,reinforces my comments even more, all my comments are evidenced. It would be of great help if you could please explain to me why the hospital refused to carry out my treatment after having me sign the payment authorization for my private medical coverage. The patients in the waiting room have spent the night using the medical kit that the hospital sells, fasting, and with the possibility of an adverse result, none of you seem to understand this The Hospital decision to have the person who assisted me yesterday as manager is something that should be reviewed urgently since he lacks the human qualities necessary to occupy that position. I want to once again thank all the medical staff, they helped me dress, fed me, and took care of me. An excellent group of professionals.

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and calming. I had to change ones of the procedures on the day and I was accommodated with no issues. The treatment you get is superb. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone was just so happy it didn't feel cold and bleak like hospitals usually feel.

I had a procedure done one the 3rd of October, If I could give the hospital staff at this a hospital a 10 Star Rating I would. From the moment the nurse called me in till I got walked to my car I had 110% care! I wish in the future I could go here for all procedures I had to have. The quality of care from Dr Jonathan Tan and his team was impeccable especially the after care nurses Chris & Kirsty. Not sure why but the tea and coffee in recovery always taste amazing. 🤣

I normally get my procedures done at the major private Hospitals. My new GP recommended this place. For your basic procedures and tests like gastroscopy, colonoscopy etc, this place is the best. Probably all good but I like to get Dr. Dileep Mangira. All the nurses are great. Lots of staff. Never seems to be crowded and last time, booked me in on short notice, no problem. Efficient, friendly, professional staff. Procedures done on time, unlike other places where you wait around forever. My new favourite place.

I attended this hospital 2 days ago. I’ve made up my mind whilst there I will never go anywhere else for my procedures. The staff are wonderful. My doctors so professional and respectful. The manner in which I was looked after was second to none. The bathroom facilities are the best, so clean we could eat off the toilet. The fees were 100% reasonable even without private health insurance. I thank everyone involved with my procedure on Wednesday. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Kolt was a grumpy old man and very sarcastic to me. He said he had decades of experience but could not resolve my issue. I am still suffering. I wasted so much money here. He become sarcastic to me like I had lack of knowledge and kept telling me it’s all in my head. Again, I am suffering and clearly something is wrong but for whatever reason, refused to diagnose me. Obviously I don’t have the knowledge which is why I came here to seek help, there’s no need to treat patience like idiots. Now he’s retiring and I’m back to square one.

Very efficient and helpful staff right from when I entered and was taken by a staff to my family in the car - they took excellent care and my procedure and experience was so smooth and I would highly recommend Keilor Private to anyone and everyone.
