If I could give 0 please, I went there with my sick daughter and left without seen anyone, the receptionist I think her name is Anita, she is rude and made me feel discriminated maybe because my English. I booked for my daughter as she was sick for so long, I called before and spoke with someone explained my daughters situation and been advised that I could take her there. When we arrived, she was like why you are here? I am like cause my daughter is sick for a longtime, she was like why did you go to see GP? I would if I could but it’s weekend night, and I have spoken with someone there to make sure they can see her. She placed us in a separate room and told us, you have to wait at least 45 mins, AT LEAST 45 mins, I had to leave and will never came back again. The experience I had compare with Monash one is completely opposite.

Most of the time, visiting the ppcc glen during the day is usually fine, but it's really hard in the evening. Even though there are no patients in the clinic, I told them my child was in a lot of discomfort, but they still told me to wait for an hour. Both of my experiences were like this. So, I went to another PPCC, and they thoroughly examined the child and provided treatment.

We were been misguided that it is a GP clinic, but it’s just a nurse clinic where patient will be checked generally and notes will be handed in a letter to be taken to regular or new GP. Waste of time to be honest. If a patient has to eventually wait to see a GP then why does one need to see these guys before. Reception and other staff are decent to talk to, but the overall concept is not logical in my understanding. Just a money making idea.

From phone to front desk reception to the doctor and nurses, we received superb patient services, very professional and pleasant. My mum had a bad cut, couldn’t stop the horrible bleeding. We rushed there very worried and anxious, she was treated with patience and care, we left much more relaxed and assured. I love this place, only regret cannot be our regular GP clinic. Having this urgent care centre is such a wonderful idea. Thank you lovely and dedicated medical professionals, truly beautiful people.

Was very well taken care of by Lisa, Lisa and Vivian (I think this was her name). All very friendly and was seen immediately due to the discomfort of my issue and also as I was on crutches. I was given advice for rehabilitation of my broken knee as well as the acute issue which I was having, and how to avoid it in the future. I also had a specimen sent off to for pathology screening which was great as well as an antibiotic script. Overall a very friendly and positive experience , I would highly recommend if you can’t get into your GP and are in need of a once off script.

I had a fall at home and my son came to help me. He took me to this clinic and I was very impressed with the service I was provided. Lisa (nurse) was amazing, efficient and very attentive. It is usually very hard to have blood taken but Lisa got it first time and not painful at all. The Doctor was great as well.

We just recently moved to Melbourne and I have been paranoid thinking if I got covid or other virus as I have been reading covid cases increased etc. Then we went to Springvale on the 1st Jan. Initially I wanted to go to other medical centre too but the Google reviews on the other medical centre with bulk billing are very poor (3.1 reviews) only this medical centre has a 4 star reviews hence I called the centre here but I did notify the admin and the nurse that I had no fever and am mobile. I spoke to the nurse yesterday on the phone and followed her instruction so I bought the RAT test in Chemistware house and did RAT test with negative result. This morning I still have sore throat, runny nose and small rashes around the neck. I'm sorry to the nurse and doctor Virginia Hamilton if I wasted their time but they were being very kind and still looked after me today as it turns out i may only have common cold. Personally, I don't like being sick especially if I need to infect my husband and other tenants here as we currently in a shared accommodation so am being extra careful. If my husband sick then he can't go to work (being a tradie) unlike me who can still working from home despite am sick because I just need a laptop and a wifi connection. THANK YOU Doctor Virginia and Nurse as well as Admin staff (the guy with unique hair style).

Nurse Kate and Dr Virginia were so helpful, kind and efficient. There was a short wait but they were doing a great job juggling everything. We are very lucky to have this service available to our community. Thanks so much for your help!

We visited Glen Waverly PPCC a couple of times when our son fell sick. This place is open until midnight and that was a relief in the hours of need. But they encourage you to first visit your regular GP and use this facility only in case of emergency and priority care. The doctors are good.

The Dr, radiologist and nurse are very professional and welcoming. A very pleasant experience. They inform and updates me on every development on the diagnoses promptly even on the weekend. Thank you, Sugi

Site says urgent care for back pain/spasms, upon arrival told receptionist and she appeared annoyed I had come in with this problem? Stating this wasn’t a GP which was fair enough but the pain was quite intolerable and pain relief wasn’t working. Then proceeded to ask what I wanted them to do for this problem. I would’ve gladly accepted their advice but receptionist was quite rude.

Happy to have this clinic in this area. But been there 3 times , My daughter was in high temperature 5 days just wanna see a Doctor for help. But you have to wait at least 1 hour so I have to change to other place for help. Before you go to this place please thinking if you can wait or not.

Unacceptable service here. DH names PPCC a site to provide GP led care to people who need urgent care, but not an emergency response. I wasn't feeling well, went to see a GP a day before, but the following day I felt the symptoms was getting worse. So I went to the PPCC and wish to have a another doctor to help me. However, when I walked in the Reception told me they're not a GP, and won't let me see a doctor as I told them I saw a doctor a day before. This is not right, I don't think this is in line with the DH guidance. I cannot see any suggestion from DH that patients cannot go to PPCC if they saw a doctor before, and I cannot see any any wording from DH that PPCC has a right to reject a patient. What the Reception did is unprofessional, and totally against the DH policy.

I am incredibly grateful I found this medical centre who attended to my damaged knee today. I cannot speak highly enough about it. With a booking, I was seen and attended to promptly, with in house radiology equipment to get my scans done in one place. Not to mention it is a beautiful and spacious clinic. From Nurse Julie, to Dr Carmen, to the Radiology Doctor, everyone was so thorough, caring and helpful. I appreciate you all greatly. 🙏🏼

Today 12 Aug 2023, I visited Glen Waverley PPCC after being referred by Monash Medical Emergency due to severe pain in my ear, which was causing difficulty in moving my head and stiffness in my jaw, accompanied by a headache and dizziness. I contacted Glen Waverley and explained my emergency situation, requesting the earliest possible appointment. They scheduled me for 6:30 PM, and for three agonizing hours, I endured extreme pain while hoping for some relief at my appointment time. Upon my arrival at Glen Waverley PPCC, I received a call while in the parking lot, informing me that they were running behind and asking if it was acceptable for me to come in at 7 PM. Despite already being on-site, I proceeded inside and informed the receptionist that I had arrived. To my surprise, I was told that my appointment had been shifted to 7:15 PM due to the center's busy schedule. Although it was frustrating, I agreed to wait. I was then taken to a room where a nurse collected my details and left. However, no one returned for the next 40 minutes, and I continued to endure severe pain. Losing my patience, I approached the reception desk to inquire if they had forgotten about me. It was at that moment, quite unexpectedly, that a doctor appeared and simply stated that they are busy. All I received from this experience was the repeated phrase, "WE ARE BUSY." Despite having an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM, I left the center at 8 PM without receiving any treatment or relief. It is difficult for me to comprehend why the center would continue to book patients, especially those experiencing extreme pain, if they were unable to provide timely and adequate care.

We are so fortunate to have a clinic like this in our area. Thank you for your care of my son who was more unwell than I realised late in the evening. They were very quick to attend to him and identify that he needed further care & sent us via ambulance. We are very grateful for your care under stressful circumstances. Thank you

We are definitely fortunate to have this primary care service in our area for after hours - we came in with a bad face cricket ball injury for my son after 10pm but still had a caring nurse and doctor ( sorry missed to note the name of nurse) who did the X-ray to confirm things weren’t that bad. Best place to go for non life threatening injury where primary care is needed quick

I started to have fever, body aches and mild sore throat. Had a negative Rat test. For 3 days i tried home remedies like gargling, resting, taking fever medications etc. But on Saturday night, i felt pain in my throat and had difficulty swallowing. I know that it will be hard to find a GP at this time and emergency is not an option. It was lucky that there s an appointment available. As i walk in the clinic, I felt like it s an emergency set up with the opposite waiting time. I was sent to a room, door were closed and everyone knocked before entering, Im sorry but i find it very respectful. A GP without computer in the room? Just patient and a doctor focused on looking after me? He explained things very well, how the medication works etc. He s so engaged for that short period of time, experienced and knowledgeable, found out that he s an emergency doctor. We really need and should have more of this set up to help with emergency hospital s congestion especially this peak season. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone for looking after me and for your hard work. God Bless🙏🏻

Visited here yesterday and was very impressed with the service and staff. I didn’t catch the nurse’s name but the doctor Bronwyn was very kind and thorough. I wish I had access to a GP like her. So nice to see everyone wearing masks unlike in many hospitals now. A fantastic service to ease pressure on hospital Emergency Departments.
