Sharing a review for what happend 10 min ago. I asked for fresh nuggets and chips. I also asked before receiving food... is this fresh??? the girl took few seconds and said yes. Its completely cold not even matching the regular standard. In short, the food was handed out without confirming or even considering to double check when asked at the counter.

Very clean and nice Maccas. Fresh flowers on the tables. Quick and friendly service on a Wed afternoon. All 8 of our orders came fast, and they gave a complimentary drink for the one item that was delayed.

I could almost guarantee that this is the worst McDonald’s in Ballarat by far. can never seem to get any orders correct staff are rude I heard them say in the background just hang up! When I was calling up to let them know there has been a massive mistake with my order and not to mention the Ice cream machine has been broken for a month (stop advertising it for kids to see if you can’t provide the product) I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt so many times even have a $50 credit in store I never used for waiting 25 minutes or more in the waiting bay the owner needs to get on site and whip this establishment back into shape it’s an embarrassment on their name

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Took then three times to get 1 simple burger right. Staff just looked at us whilst we were waiting to be served then we were finally "greeted" by a young girl who barely talked. Place needs a decent clean too

The food was poor, and the service was terrible. They lost half of our order. The staff concentrated more on the drive-through and not the patrons inside. I don't know if there was a manager working as there were so many people barking orders to each other and being ignored. The inside tables were not cleaned of empty food containers, and the table still had food scraps on them. The floors had drinks spilt on them and were an OH and S matter. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.

Feral customers in car in front kept throwing their cup tray out the window in the drive-thru. Female staff member was wonderful and remained calm and respectful.

The few times I have eaten here or been through drive through, the food has been cold. Staff and especially managers have lost the ability to deliver any form of customer service, no one here seems happy or wants to smile. Between the hours of 1pm-4pm especially they would rather stand around complaining about the length of their drive through, watching from the camera screen. Definitely don’t recommend

Worst McDonald’s in Ballarat! Drive thru was very busy so I decided to order inside the store(bad mistake). Staff are so unorganised and managers look lost. The guy packing orders for takeaway was so bad it was a comedy act!

The tables here were really not that clean. Ordered a toastie, get the toastie and the ham was still cold. They did put it back on the press to cook it properly.

waited over 45 minutes in the drive through and fries were cold, burgers and wraps only had meat and cheese, nothing else. Staff weren’t helpful when i went inside, lots of food sitting under the heat lamp ready with a dining room full of people waiting. Very frustrating experience. Other people were waiting almost an hour for ice cream while staff were standing around appearing lost

I usually order a McSpicy meal and due to the amount of times the McSpicy patty wasn't fresh I always say "please have it freshly cooked, I'm happy to wait for it" and still they don't serve it fresh!! I still get a patty that's been setting there for ages. 😩

As per many McDonald's these day the ambiance was horrid, the music was like they were trying to be a nightclub or such and it was way to loud. Staff were busy and seemed short handed and still managed to be polite and professional.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went in store for a change to order my food. Waited 15 minutes and after they called my order number out as they had forgotten it they called my number to make sure I was still waiting. After I got my food it was cold, chips were hard and had no salt on them and burgers had been slapped together with lettuce you would definitely Chuck out if it was yours at home. Really clean and new. Usual menu. Self-serve kiosks were faulty - couldn't order a cappuccino by itself - kept on saying 'product not available' because it thought I was ordering a meal. A bit disorganised behind the counter, as the young guy gave my order to someone else.

Service and atmosphere should be minus but that’s not a choice. One server just kept yelling or was on her phone or complaining she didn’t want to be there. Very rude service. Teenagers running amok about 10 of them in the toilet both girls and boys, swearing and running through the store . Worst mcdonalds I have ever been in

Customer service was good but the food itself was really substandard. The chips were only half full and the burgers had more filling and sauce on the inside of the box rather then in the burger itself. Although it might be a new trend having a deconstructed burger but some of us just prefer a burger already together.

Seem, every time, I go there, something always not working right or broken down, or can't get, what you want to order or out of something. Not good enough, you need to improve your food and drinks. Not very happy.

The best thing about this place is the people working here, they are really nice. There is also good dining arrangements and a kids corner.

This is probably the WORST Mecca's in the country. The service is very slow. Last time I was first in the drive-through line and it took 14min for me to be served. Today, went in and ordered on the self-service machine. Again, the place was empty and it took 20min to get a simple order.

By far the worst maccas not only in ballarat but Victoria wide! I'm sick of calling through about there bad food. It's just sad my kids couldn't eat there meal that I paid for it was that old and dry 😪

Can't believe I got hot food!! Great fast service and burgers were to order too with no stuff ups!! Great job guys! A big step up on Bakery Hill maccas that's for sure!
