I think I have a new favourite bar! Enter into a stunning Art Deco mood lounge with a wide variety of intimate and comfortable seating, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic variety of Champagnes on the pour and by the bottle, as well as a huge array of other drinks and food. The host and staff are very welcoming and friendly, ensuring you have a wonderful time. This is the type of venue that is both very ambitious, yet also among the most worthy of becoming a huge hit. An absolute MUST visit.

Sip is a beautiful addition to the places to go in Ballarat; intimate, friendly and glamorous. The warm welcome from your hostess makes you feel that you’re the most important person to arrive. Thoughtful little touches - a little magnifier attached to the menu to help you to read about what’s in store for you, plump cushions, sweet little water glasses. An outstanding champagne list - many French champagnes available by the glass, cocktails, and fine wines, complimented by delicious nibbles you certainly won’t find anywhere else. The background music is of the period and conducive to happy conversation. Ladies you must visit the gorgeous boudoir and enjoy the pretty creams and jars of this and that. Our afternoon flew by. We left knowing that we’d really been somewhere special - and knowing we’d be back very soon. PS, dress up and thoroughly enjoy a little time in another, more gracious age. 👵🏻🦋🌷

Nice moody atmosphere with comfy velvety seats. Good choice of drinks and we had a lovely cheese plate and oysters.

Such a lovely place to share wonderful food and bubbly with friends. I recommend the caviar. I’ll be back.

We were here today for our Christmas party. The interior is so stunning and the food and service were 10/10. We loved it!
