Poor communication if not any, I had booked in for an iron infusion as directed by my doctor, from booking this appointment then a confirmation call none of the staff informed me of any charge that would be charged of 200 only found out on the day of arrival. Plus I had to buy the medication privately and bring it in with me. The young lady at reception continued to tell me 5 times that I would get 150 back from Medicare witch was false. Only 75 returned leaving me out of pocket 125. This is poor form of an establishment like this and way to high fees that don’t add up. Very disappointed in my treatment and no communication, yet there very quickly to take your money.

i used to see a different dr but he is no longer is a GP at the clinic. after seeking help from a different person to help with mental health, i got made to feel like my feelings are invalid and like everything going on in my head is my own fault. as a doctor/GP they should know that we can’t always help things that upset us and them putting us down isn’t helping our situation. i now feel like i can’t reach out for help to anyone

I had an iron infusion at this clinic and was treated like royalty. From receptionist organising the soonest appointments to Dr Ash expertly inserting the cannula into my arm to find my elusive deeply hiding vein. Dr Ash's expertise, wisdom and thoroughness was very impressive. He is an extremely skilful, kind and knowledgeable doctor that I am glad to have found. Nurse Sarah was an absolute delight and ensured everything went like clockwork. She adjusted the infusion to suit my comfort and ensured everything was perfectly done. I honestly can't fault a single thing about this clinic. Their cleanliness and hygiene is second to none. Thankyou team Elite you are gold standard for medical care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Really do not recommend coming here if you value your time. Swear to god every time I come here i wait anywhere from 30 minutes - 1hr over the original time I had booked, seriously ridiculous & poorly run joint. Going elsewhere

Exceptionally professional, caring and kind doctors. I never feel rushed, Dr Judith Riddle is by far the best doctor I’ve seen here, Dr Fred is also a wonderful doctor, very gentle and caring. I’ve also consulted with Dr Ash who is super lovely, friendly and caring. Reception staff and nurses are all fantastic and friendly.

Had a day procedure with Dr Fred. He was fantastic, professional and funny. Was safe and quick and would highly recommend him and Elite Medical Centre for medical care.

Iron Infusion left me in the emergency ward. A few years ago I received an iron infusion at this clinic. The nurse did not inject the needle correctly and even after my mentions of being light headed, feeling pain at the site and feeling unwell she decided to continue with the rest of the infusion. The Doctor came and checked on me afterwards due to me feeling unwell and sent me home, regardless of a golf ball size swelling at the injection point (I will try and find the photo of this while still in their clinic). My partner at the time being a nurse instantly saw the issue when I got home and took me back to the clinic where they were very shocked and apparently fired the nurse on the spot. I was told to raise my arm and go home. Later that night I woke to a crazy fever and huge swelling in my arm pit and was rushed to emergency where I spent the next 24 hours on a drip and getting scans and answering questions from confused staff. No compensation was given from the medical clinic and I still have slight discolouration on my arm from where the iron soaked into my muscles. They offered to pay to cover the costs of laser to lighten my skin on the splotches but I've decided against that. Traumatic experience.

I cannot recommend this Medical Centre highly enough. All the staff are so kind and caring and very compassionate about their job. Dr Phillip is amazing he is so kind caring takes time to listen to you explains things well and is very thorough. If there is a problem he gets straight on to the necessary Specialists and doesn't leave a stone unturned like alot of other Medical Practices I have been to.

Tried to book an appointment to get some antibiotics I have 2 negative covid and flu PCRs they said I could only book in the afternoon because it’s too hard for the doctors to put on ppe during the day and do a deep clean but I’m a nurse and I work afternoons so I just can’t see the doctor for my chest infection unless I cancel and shift and leave my workplace under more pressure because they are understaffed?

One doctor their needs to get over him self. Refusing to see any patient with cold or flue symptoms. Even when being treated the week before and told me to come back for antibiotics if doesn't get better and is clearly Not covid still would not see my daughter. Their are other thing than covid going around and maybe if your that scared of it you should not be practising.

The doctors are great but I’d like to do a special shout out to the reception team. They have held the fort in one of the most stressful two years in medical reception. I am always amazed at their kindness and patience and even when it’s obvious it’s a busy and hectic day, they do their best to efficiently deal with the phones, patients and doctors. Big shout out from our family!

Misleading pricing for their skin cancer check ups on their website and front staff not being really helpful. Disappointing

Dr Fred, what a guy! He did my vasectomy and took the time to explain everything to me clearly to put me at ease. Very little pain from the procedure and great follow up too. Would definitely recommend!

I have seen three doctors since I started attending this clinic and all have been great. I generally try to get in with Dr Sadia Shinwari as I think she is amazing. However, all doctors I have seen have been very caring, took the time to go through my questions, and had a very friendly and welcoming approach. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had a capillary lazered, I was told it was a simple two minute procedure, I was not told it would leave a nasty burn on my face for three weeks, that one side of my face would feel numb and swollen, no after care or what to expect was given. From the procedure I have a scar six times the size of my capillary, in my opinion I don't feel the doctor had much experience. Not a good outcome.

I had a blepharoplasty done with Dr Fred Fotouhi, he has done an amazing job. I can’t thank him enough for changing my life. I highly recommended him.

One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to. Went in for a routine UTI and the doctor there started doing tests on me and tried to tell me I may have a possible cancer!!! Avoid this place at all costs. EDIT: Saying I’m not one of your registered users doesn’t mean it didn’t happen!! You’re lucky I didn’t sue and just decided to walk away

Have always loved this clinic until the other day I booked a appointment online and didn’t get told till I got all the way there that I was going to be charge $150 for my appointment as they are now private billing! would have be nice to be informed before coming all the way! how is anyone meant to be able to afford these ridiculous prices

Pretty good practice disappointed today that they have recently gone to full cost practice previously the dr's had the discretion to be able to bulk bill patient for their appointment $88 for a 8-10 mins is a high price

Fred was very friendly and professional. Very open with all communication which encourage comfort and trust. Procedure was handled perfectly and professionally and I would highly recommend him.

Fred is the best doctor, he was very understanding and nice. I was very worried and nervous, but Fred explained to me and reassured me. The clinic was very clean. The nurses were also very nice and friendly.
