recently
purchased
a
Milwaukee
52”
11
drawer
mobile
workbench
from
Sydney
Tools
at
Carrum
Downs,
which
was
my
first
time
shopping
at
the
store.
After
excitedly
deciding
on
the
product
i
wanted,
I
approached
the
staff
member
at
the
counter.
I
was
not
offered
a
discount
after
asking
the
staff
member
if
there
was
a
discount
available,
there
was
no
delivery
options
provided
to
me
and
the
staff
member
stopped
the
transaction
to
write
down
his
KFC
order
to
his
colleague
before
finalising
the
transaction.
I
then
couldn’t
believe
my
eyes
when
i
watched
the
staff
member
wheeling
out
the
display
stock,
which
was
covered
in
dust,
had
deep
scratches
all
over
and
was
told
that
they
had
no
stock
out
the
back.
It
was
never
explained
to
me
that
it
was
display
stock
only!!
The
staff
then
asked
if
i
needed
a
hand
to
load
the
product
in
my
car,
which
weighed
over
200
kilograms
and
clearly
was
too
heavy
for
my
partner
and
I
to
lift
on
our
own.
I
felt
nothing
but
regret
for
the
purchase
and
was
left
in
complete
disbelief
at
the
level
of
poor
service
I
had
experienced.
I
feel
I
was
taken
advantage
of,
being
a
polite
customer.
But
this
experience
was
simply
not
good
enough,
nobody
should
feel
such
regret
after
spending
this
large
amount
of
money
which
took
me
months
to
save.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
Sydney
Tools.
