Great helpful staff, found everything my client needed & was great with the little dog. I also snuck in a little goggley eyed black fish, see if the kids notice an extra addition... 🤩😆

Customer service is not as strong as it used to be. Staff not welcoming and not as knowledgeable as previous staff. Their products are expensive

Everytime I go here, all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Great products. I take my 2 little girls and the staff are great with showing them the bunnies or having a chat. A special shout out to Lisa who gave us such wonderful customer service today and made our experience so enjoyable and fun. We love good old customer service, thats what its all about and it's the reason we keep coming back. Thank you 😊

I wish I asked for her name, but the lovely girl who took care of me was brilliant and probably be the reason I will keep coming back! I was all over the place nervous and excited about a new puppy that I'm getting, and she was very patient with me, price matched a lot of things and gave me the best deal she could possibly find, showed me a lot of new products, made sure that I haven't not bought anything I needed, gave me a lot of tips. Definitely a far better experience than what I had from another competitor shop. I’ve been having great experiences here ever since!

Staff so helpful and friendly. Very stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend the seresto flea collars they are a little expensive but they work the best.

Expensive!!! Disgusting, awful enclosures for the pet birds for sale and reptile enclosures with fake grass. If you can't provide enriching, natural enclosures for the animals you're selling then don't sell them.

I'm coming back - of course. Have very welcoming and knowledgeable customer service people who leave no question unanswered and are very down to earth. Time spent with me wasn't an issue and believe me I had questions becoming a new Pug Mum. From harnesses & feeding, to beds, crates, & puppy school! Lovely clean store with a decent variety of live fish and other pet supplies. Prices were good on the fish as well. Had to go looking for staff but once found staff were very helpful. Being new to store, parking was confusing because google maps took me to the back entrance that customers were not allowed to use. But other than that. It was a good store and found some good deals.

I have an aquarium, and I love going there. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and their range is awesome.

We went in to look at dog crates / pens that we'd seen online, but they were pretty busy (unexpected on a Wed mid afternoon). None on the shelves and only saw one very small picture of an expensive model at the end of an aisle. We left without finding what we were looking for. Usually staff are available and friendly, as I get our pet food there regularly. Have also bought numerous fish from them over the years.

The dog wash tub is inside & out of the weather. There is also plastic aprons so you don't get soaked while bathing your dog.

Had to walk around the pet shop to find staff. After a while found one who was busy talking. Felt like I was interrupting her private conversation. I have been to this tore a few times and the service isn't anything to rave about, at least during the weekday trading times.
