This is the best jewellery shop in Melbourne I have been to by far. It stands out so much compared to other jewellery shops in Sydney road, as the customer service is makes you shiver and shake from the good looking shop keepers. The selection of gold and silver jewellery is extensive and they will always have something for you are looking for. Best shop ever!!

It’s okay. They have some collections. Last time I purchased 21ct gold, market price was 75 per gram and theirs were 94 per gram. Also if you use card they charge around 2% extra unlike other shops of Coburg.

Previously, took a ring to this shop and they incorrectly fit wrong sized stone into the claw. Terrible service, no craftsmanship or knowledge and no accountability when they were told their work was dodgy. Do not take jewellery here for repairs. Not recommended for any types of repairs.

I had some gold jewellery that I wanted to sell and they gave me a good price. It’s a great store if you want to sell, buy or get a repair.

Very disappointed with this shop. Got overcharged for a jewelry and they would not give me a refund for the amount I overpaid after I found out and called via phone because I am not based in Melbourne. Secondly, my receipt does not reflect the total amount I paid. I complained about this too and the sales person said that they do not list fees and charges on the receipts. This made no sense to me . I feel totally ripped off by the sales person at this shop. I would have gone back in person and returned the jewelry but unfortunately I am not based on Melbourne.

Faboulous shop, I took an old ring here for repair a few weeks ago and they did such a good job and piecing the ring back together. Thank u mecca jewellery! ♡♡

Don’t recommend this shop, I bought a bracelet on 26/12/23 and we paid fr it and they just folded a piece of paper and put it in the bag with the bracelet, thought it is a receipt and after went home we discovered that it is not a receipt, it is just their business card and they wrote a note on it about the bracelet + the confirmation of payment that came out from the eftpos when we paid and no receipt with the bracelet specs and the amount. I believe if the shop has ABN they should provide a receipt with the shop name, ABN and the item details and price. Will communicate with the customer affairs to see how we get this resolved. Ask how the receipt looks like and what details it will have before you buy from them

This shop is not paying GST to government. They only write down the amount in visiting card which is not a proper invoice. I requested them to give me invoice but they said they only give this. I will check the legal issues with ATO.
