I
was
there
tonight
to
do
an
Amazon
return.
The
drawer
on
the
return
box
was
locked
and
wouldn't
open.
An
associate
came
over
and
opened
the
bottom
door
for
me
to
drop
my
package
in.
I
put
my
package
in
and
closed
it,
but
the
screen
would
not
advance
to
the
next
prompt
for
me
to
confirm
the
return.
Another
associate
came
over
to
me
and
said
she
had
to
restart
the
system
because
it
was
frozen
now.
I
asked
her
if
my
item
would
still
be
marked
as
return.
She
said
yes.
I
said
but
the
screen
is
frozen
and
the
return
was
never
confirmed.
She
said
in
a
condescending
tone:
"Sir,
the
return
will
be
confirmed,
I
just
need
to
restart
the
system."
The
return
was
not
ever
confirmed
or
accepted
by
Amazon.
I
am
not
surprised
because
this
is
literally
the
third
time
this
has
happened
to
me
at
this
location
when
trying
to
return
an
Amazon
item.
Each
time
it
has
taken
two
weeks
to
get
my
money
back
from
Amazon
and
multiple
texts
and
calls
with
Amazon
customer
service.
This
is
a
terrible
location.
Go
to
Adams
Morgan
or
Navy
Yard
Whoe
Foods
if
you
have
a
return.
Avoid
H
Street
in
general
as
much
as
possible
