We love living here! Hawo, Velma, and Kendra are the most incredible front desk team you could ever ask for. They are friendly, remember hundreds of apartment #s when you have packages, and can solve problems big and small--from urgent maintenance to moving hiccups. Truly the only drawback of this building is the ongoing renovation process, which can be noisy -- though the Equity team always notifies us well in advance of when to expect noise in the building. Highly recommend 1800Oak.

I have been living in the apartment for a year plus now and love the community here. Kendra works at the front desk and is extremely welcoming and helpful! She know everyone in the building and can really be an amazing resource for all issues that you may experience here. Staff like her really make it worth living here.

Rose is the most friendly, patient, curious, attentive, and kind leasing agent that I have ever seen in any apartment complex! I love living here, and all the staff are excellent! Additionally, the restaurants around are awesome, especially Taco Rock, and the neighborhood is amazing!

I’ve lived in this apartment for two years, and it’s the best. The new manager Taylor is quick and efficient in handling any issues. Rose and Kalifa are professional leasing officer, every email is responded within one business day. Kendra and Howa are my favorite front desk, they are super friendly.

Living at 1800 Oak has been a wonderful experience. The 24 Hour front desk makes the building feel very secure and they greet you warmly each time you exit or enter. The leasing office is amazing, I chose this building after bad experiences with other management companies but knowing the great reputation that Equity has drew me here. They do not disappoint!!! Taylor, Rose, and the team answer emails very promptly and are always quick to find a solution. Maintenance is fast and professional and always calls before entering if something needs to be fixed. I’m glad to call 1800 Oak home and suggest it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful building with upgrades and top notch amenities.

I'm very happy with my two year residency at 1800 Oak. It's super clean, safe, and an overall calm environment. From the front of house, to leasing office and maintenance crew, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I love the location of the building and that it's a Bilt Rewards Property, so I'm able to earn points on my rent payments. (I've booked three free flights so far.) And, most importantly, my dog loves the free treats at the front desk and the fanfare when he walks through the door.

I just moved in last month and I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment complex. Kalifa in the leasing office has gone beyond expectations, from our first tour, to now helping us even after we've moved in. A lot of other apartments take forever to get back to you, and treat you like they don't care if you move in or not, NOT HERE! Kalifa is fantastic and will make your move so much easier. Other than my pleasant experience with the leasing team, this building is in an amazing location, just minutes away from the metro and surrounded by restaurants. The concierge is always so helpful, and big deliveries get taken up to your apartment so you don't have to lug it yourself! Maintenance is so fast to respond to any issues you have. It's very dog friendly, my apartment is completely sound-proof, and we get so much sunshine. 10/10 recommend.

The staff has been extremely helpful especially Rose and Kalifa. They come up with multiple options to ensure you get the place you want within your budget. The location is great in close proximity to multiple gyms, the Metro, grocery stores, etc. This is a great community to live because of the great people who work here like Rose and Kalifa.

The staff at 1800 Oak are exceptional. In particular, Hawo and Kendra are All Stars. Always personable, always going the extra mile to help, always making sure to know all residents to the point they can address issues before the resident may realize it's an issue. I cannot say enough good things about Hawo and Kendra. They are definitely an asset to the 1800 Oak community!

Love living here, the amenities are great and the staff is very responsive if we ever have any complaints! We’ve lived here for 3 years now and the apartment has treated us very well. One of the staff members that works the front desk, Kendra, is genuinely the most lovely, kind, thoughtful people ever and really contributes to the warmth of the community. She always greets us by name with a smile and has the best attitude.
