Updated review: with their new online booking system, I’m able to book appointments myself rather than call on the phone and go through the calendar. This has made booking so much easier! I’ve been going to Casal’s for about a year now and I have been happy with the service. Their prices are great and the stylists are wonderful. I do enjoy the included massage and facial of course. My only issue is that booking an appointment can be a bit of a hassle. I’ve never been able to see the same stylist twice for my color because of this. They’re booked WEEKS in advance to the point where I have to make two of my next appointments months in advance just to get on the books. One time they didn’t have an appointment for at least 3 months after and my roots were terrible. I have red hair and the color had faded so much between appointments since it had been so long that I had to just pay for an all over color rather than a root touch up which was about $70 more than I had wanted to spend. So now I just have to book way out in advance and hope that nothing comes up to where I can’t make it because it’s very difficult to get an appointment for a color within a month or two.

These stars are LONG overdue- Casal's at Clarendon is, hands-down, the best salon I have ever been to in my life. Others have already noted how amazing they are at providing an all-around, fantastic salon experience (starting off with a massage, giving you a facial while your hair is getting rinsed, etc), and this is all fantastic and true. Too add to that, they are knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and exceptional at hair. I've been doing for almost two years and I have never been disappointed in a cut or color!! Super grateful to Therese, who has done both my color and cuts (and who is phenomenal), and all of the others that I have been fortunate to meet since going there! :) Casal's at Clarendon is the BEST and totally worth any wait you might have to get in!!! Thanks to Casal's for getting me to actually enjoy going to a salon again! :)

This was my best salon experience yet! I was extremely impressed with the attention and care I received. The salon offers a massage, facial, hair wash, and makeup touch up for free with your hair cut, and they do not accept tips! I was blown away by this. I went in for a trim and to try a new cut. I’ve never had bangs and decided it give it a try. I was very nervous about this, but was instantly relieved when I saw the other customers’ hair and when my stylist consulted me. She asked me a lot of questions about what I want and how I currently care for my hair. Then she walked me through how she was planning on cutting my hair. When she was done, it looked exactly as she had explained! I’m very happy with my new cut and will always go to them! Ask for Brittney! She was excellent!! 😁

Having gone almost 14 months without a haircut in the process of growing out longer hair (for the first time), I was a little apprehensive of the salon experience having gone primarily to barbers before. Courtney handled my cut perfectly for the look I was going for and even threw in a free deep conditioning. Great experience.

I chose this salon based on others' reviews and it's lived up to my expectations. COVID lockdown was especially hard on my hair and the colorist and the stylist expertly listen and solve hair problems. The shop environment is really pleasant from the moment you enter.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday for a cut from Sarah. I wanted a simple, no fuss cut to even out me cutting my own hair for some time. She was gentle, professional, and delightful. My hair looks great. It's hard to find someone who can do a quality simple even cut. I'll be back :)

Second haircut at Casal’s and still in love (two different stylists). The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Consultation is extensive. Haircut includes a neck/back/hand massage in a dedicated massage room (not at shampoo). Shampoo conditioning time is passed with a lovely mini facial. The price of the cut includes this pampering, blow dry and styling; it also INCLUDES the tip! After this last haircut, I decided I wanted to bring the length up a bit more for a more drastic change. The stylist made time for me within the week and was happy to accommodate me. I’m so glad I found Casal’s!!!

I’ve been a client at Casal’s for over ten years. Highly recommend! Their team takes the best care of their clients. Space is warm and inviting and every salon team member does an excellent job with a client-centric disposition. Aveda tea is fab too!

This salon is extraordinary!! I had a fantastic experience with Justin and his team! Justin’s skill and attention to detail transformed my hair exactly as I envisioned. I highly recommend him for his professionalism!! The cookies were also delicious :)
