The
staff
is
nice,
professional,
and
a
joy
to
work
with.
My
two
stars
have
nothing
to
do
with
them.
What
kills
the
stars
is
what
the
hotel
doesn't
have.
The
rooms
are
lacking
for
anyone
planning
on
spending
more
than
2
days
here.
Our
room
doesn't
even
have
a
microwave.
There's
a
microwave
in
the
hotel,
but
it
is
literally
all
the
way
down,
next
to
the
fitness
center...and
it's
not
even
a
good
microwave.
It's
a
super
cheap
one
with
a
turn
dial
like
from
the
'90s.
This
wouldn't
be
the
biggest
deal
if
there
were
a
few
restaurants
in
walking
distance,
but
most
restaurants
are
going
to
take
you
roughly
about
20
minutes
to
get
to
by
foot.
If
it's
sunny
and
not
DC,
the
walk
would
be
a
pleasant
inconvenience.
Alas,
DC
is
either
muggy
or
frigid
depending
on
what
time
of
year
you
visit.
Returning
to
the
topic
of
the
fitness
center,
it's
nothing
but
a
couple
of
treadmills,
ellipticals,
and
dumbbells.
I'd
argue
that
it's
the
bare
minimum
to
qualify
as
a
personal
gym.
For
a
four
star
hotel,
it's
woefully
lacking.
The
restaurant
in
the
hotel
has
a
completely
standard
breakfast
for
an
exorbitant
amount
of
money.
It's
a
continental
breakfast,
basically
everything
you
would
expect
to
see
at
a
Best
Western.
Again,
the
staff
is
nice,
the
cooks
do
as
best
of
a
job
as
they
can,
but
the
issue
is
the
sourcing.
The
quality
of
the
ingredients
is
indistinguishable
from
a
Best
Western.
Honestly,
for
the
price
of
the
room,
it
should
just
be
included.
This
is
after
all
a
"4
star
hotel".
Edit:
I
lowered
it
down
to
a
1-star
because
the
room's
HVAC
went
down
on
my
second
to
last
night.
I
called
twice,
but
they
never
fixed
it.
It's
currently
80F
in
my
room.
I
can't
even
open
the
windows.
This
is
a
hellish
experience.
