I had a very good experience touring the property. The Commodore has absolutely stunning amenities and the leasing staff were very professional. I put in an application to rent a 1br unit quickly after my tour and am quite excited to be moving in soon. As a new building in Courthouse, the prime location to Metro, grocery, and AMC/Courthouse Square is incredible. The rent is expected and is in line with other luxury apartments in the NOVA area that I’ve rented from or toured. Overall, a very classy and professional vibe which seems like this building will be good for working professionals and families.

My experience with The Commodore has been nothing but positive from first getting information during the application process, moving in, and living here. I've been here for almost 2 months and really enjoy living here. Gemma was great to work with in answering any questions about the property and assisting me throughout the application, lease, and move-in process. It all went very smoothly. The rest of the leasing office are also all super friendly and helpful. The front-deak concierges are all very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is great. It's really well built, the appliances are great, and the large windows are wonderful for natural light. The amenities are incredible and the second floor is a great place to get out of the apartment and relax on the outside terrace. I'm very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend The Commodore!

I toured and reserved a unit this weekend. Arlen was extremely friendly and helpful despite being slammed with back to back appointments. I arrived at noon and had toured and finalized my reservation before 1pm. Very easy. The building is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious as well!

I moved to the building a month ago. During the tour and application process, Arlen was an absolute rockstar. He was kind, helpful, patient and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend reaching looking for him if you're considering living in The Commodore. The building is stunning, brand new amenities, classy decor, GREAT common areas, and the location is unbeatable.

My experience of moving into The Commodore has been wonderful and effortless. Cy from the leasing team has been very kind and thoroughly helped me from the start of my application till after move-in! Very high praise to her and the rest of the team(especially front desk concierge) for making my move seem-less :)

The Commodore is an amazing place to live and moving in has been a very pleasant and seamless because of Arlen McCorkle! He has been so helpful and answers all questions in a timely manner. He is the best worker in the world. The building itself boasts a modern and well-maintained exterior, creating a welcoming ambiance from the moment you arrive. The lobby and common areas are tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for the entire residence. The amenities offered here are another highlight. The fitness center is well-equipped, the communal spaces are inviting, and the rooftop terrace provides stunning views of the surrounding area.

I have been living here for about 3weeks now and I could not be more satisfied. I love the way my apartment looks and feels when I come home.The apartment itself is fantastic, modern appliances, great construction, nice finishes, luxurious amenities, and very close to the metro. The building itself is very secure and it is in a great location! Walking distance to anything you could possibly need. The staff here is amazing. and the front desk are kind and very professional especially (Deja) My experience with Tate was/has been phenomenal. I have never worked with more pleasant people nor had a more seamless moving experience.Tate was fantastic to work with and made sure that everything was prepared to perfection for move in. I can’t thank him enough for all his assistance through this process! Tate is a great asset to the company. I would recommend this building to someone looking for modern, luxury living in Arlington

From the application process to moving in, the staff at the commodore have been very kind and responsive. For example - one of the new appliances did not work (manufacturer issue), and the maintenance team replaced it on the spot! Additionally, the units are well designs with nice finishes.The great location, luxury amenities, and smart appliances are worth the price in our opinion. We have already recommended the building to friends moving to the area!

I had an outstanding experience with The Commodore Leasing office, the concierge staff, and the move-in process—exceeding all my expectations! The building offers superb amenities, excellent apartment finishes, and an ideal location. The staff's fantastic service and accommodating nature truly made me confident in my decision to choose this building!

We moved into The Commodore about 1 week ago and we couldn’t be happier :) First of all Arlen, Josh and the rest of the leasing team made the whole experience as smooth as possible, from the tours, to the leasing, to the move-in. Besides this, the building and the amenities are all brand new, with details not found in many communities. As I said, couldn’t be happier :)
