This casino used to be pretty good. Now it is basically just cheating everyone and stealing your money. The table games are set up to give you almost no chance of winning. The min and max bets are so close to each other that it’s not even a game of chance! This place is just a bunch of greedy thieves in my opinion. I never plan on going back. Even the roulette wheel with an 8 percent house edge has a 25 min 200 max bet! What are you afraid of Live? 50 min on craps tables? Seriously? I don’t plan on ever returning, it’s a waste of money and time! Your chances of walking out a winner are slim and nil! Put your money in the stock market! It’s safer and more profitable!

Hello! Retired US Marine/Government employee-Wife former Army Officer. We relocated here from Illinois to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. We decided to stay at Live Hotel Resort/Casino for Valentine's Day and attended the show at Medieval Times. We had a ball! The staff, rooms, ambience and everything overall was outstanding! Absolutely wonderful that the receptionist at check in presented my wife with a nice box of chocolates! Having had such a great time, we decided to drive up on 17 February to go the casino. It was outstanding! Went to the back to have an "Irish Coffee" and the bartender, Ms. D (Black Lady) was amazing. Played slots for a while and had an issue with the cash out machine. All people who responded to help were great! Of note, Mr. J (Asian gentlemen), Ms. Anastasia and Ms. M.C were very helpful, courteous and professional in getting issue resolved! Thank you all for an excellent and memorable time! Will definitely be returning to experience the KOHO and Prime Cut restaurants! Keep up the outstanding work and thanks!

So been here a few times always great until tonight. Received a text saying I had to switch rooms report to the front desk. Got there and I was told to hang out until they find me another room off property. Like really been waiting for a while now. Ready to relax and maybe lay down soon but they don't know when or where they will find a room. Very inconvenient. Now I have to drive to another hotel for the night but don't know when that will be. Spent thousands of dollars here now I might have to stay and a random place. Not happy at all!!

I would never go here again. I could have paid the same to stay at a nicer place. Pro- Plenty of parking Large amount of natural light beautiful hallways Cons- Check in was at 3pm. Rooms were not ready until 530pm The hotel and casino stinks. it smalls like they are trying to overload one less than pleasant smell with another. Late check check outs mean nothing if the housekeepers in your room at 11 Not a bad place to stay if you get hammered at the casino and need to stay somewhere ..otherwise not where you should choose to go.

I've seen 2 shows at Live! I've never gambled here because that is for sinners. 🤣 I've never stayed at the hotel. The shows are set up well. Easy access and exit from the huge free parking garage. I had a seating issue at one show, I didn't get the seat I purchased, or this would be 5 stars. But the show went off without a problem. Pay attention to road signs to easily find parking and the casino.

We found this place to be pretty fun. We're usually not up that way and this was the first time. My wife and I don't gamble much so all of the friendly and professional staff we're very helpful. The rooms are very comfy. I would suggest a high floor, The views are really nice with the floor to ceiling windows. Just like the casinos in Las Vegas, Just about everything's open 24/7, so if you're hungry in the middle of the night or just feeling saucy there's plenty to do.

This is probably my 1st time I've giving 5 stars in all categories to any hotel but I have to be honest. This hotel is very nice, customer service was great as soon as I walked in thanks to Carolyn and Rossland. The location is perfect, everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are nice and we had a nice view. It is also located within 5 min from the airport which make it that more convenient.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Please check your accounts two days after checking out of this hotel. I was charged twice! They refused to refund me stating that it will fall off. Maria did not want to understand or accept what was told by my bank ( a live rep) nor did she believe the statement that was shown. She continued to state it was one charge. They charged me once on 2/14/24 and once 2/16/24 a day after I was gone!!! Maria should not be a manager of any sort! I am reporting them for FRAUD and to the BBB!!!

Live Casino does not care how they treat loyal patrons, once again and now its about 30 times that the Host Supervisor whom is white guy with a beard has refused to do any comps.. He tells me to use my points when everyone else is getting comps just for losing $100. I lose thousands playing for many hours and the same host or hosts refuse to comp me for food or other. This is a prejudice form of behavior by the host supervisor. He thinks he is cool when in reality he is a racist clown! Hoping the clown supervisor suffers eventually in life, karma scumbag! The free play is beyond a joke here, Live is beyond cheap and only offers a total of $60 weekly when I play with thousands monthly so when my friend whom is anonymous only plays with $200 every month gets over $150 in free play twice weekly, proves how prejudice Live is along with some of their host and hosts along with the individuals whom decide what patrons get what for free play. I was saving my points to purchase something from Live events but the lowlife scumbag host supervisor and manager are proven to be prejudice in regards to whom gets what amount on free play offers. The slot supervisor whom is a white female harassed me when someone stole my slot machine, had to use the restroom 20 feet away being gone for three minutes with the chair turned around along with my hat and jacket on the chair. An intoxicated individual was with a group of people drinking when I confronted her and said you stole my machine, she placed my jacket and hat on the next chair over trying to pretend that I was playing the machine next to it when it was a whole different slot game machine so I went to security whom told me to go to the slot supervisor so I did then the Security Supervisor whom is a tall black guy was totally rude and being a racist refusing to get a manager so I waited a few hours and then got a manager and the manager said he had no right to harass me saying false things and then when I saw him later he walks by and puts his hand up with the finger at me. Very uncivilized casino, way racist and prejudice and they lie right to your face every time.. Go ahead and go here because the payouts are a joke, nobody wins here and that is what I hear all the time coming here for ten years. The owner of Live does not care how its staff treats longtime loyal patrons, all the lowlife cares about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$ literally not caring when others get their slot machine stolen by intoxicated people and security is a joke especially the supervisor whom is a racist black guy. Everyone says this place is the cheapest casino not caring one bit about long term loyal patrons. Trust me, nobody walks out a winner here, this casino is full of lies time and time again, shame on you Live Casino along with the racist white guy Host Supervisor, Host Manager, liar prejudice Slot Supervisor whom is a white female and of course the black guy whom is a Security Supervisor has a history of disrespecting their loyal well behaved patrons get harassed by others... Live Casino is the biggest Joke in the state of Maryland! The Truth Never Ever Lies but the Host Supervisor is a compulsive liar targeting out certain people whom innocently come here telling me a lie time and time again, how does he and others work here? The Casino slogan should be SHAME ON LIVE CASINO AND ITS MANY YEARS OF COMPULSIVE LIES TO ITS LONG TERM LOYAL PATRONS, WE LOVE LYING TO OUR PATRONS TIME AND TIME AGAIN, this casino is a joke by far!!!!

Employees are friendly and courteous. My host is the very best. He keeps me informed of events. He is reliable and responsive. I have been going to this Casino for many years. First to the Loft and then to the current location after the hotel opened. where Live offered accommodation combined with the Casino. I've had one not-pleasant occasion recently and am pleased to say it was handled most satisfactorily.

First time staying in a room at Live! Casino and Hotel, and the room was very nice. The casino is nice and it has a few restaurants and eatery's inside. It also has the sport and social bar which serves food, which is good. The only thing I didn't like was that bar doesn't carry a couple beers on the menu. The casino is right next to Arundel Mills mall for those that don't gamble

Let's really address the elephant in the room. The ATM machines should be free to withdraw money, the beers shouldn't be so expensive and they need to remove those old slot machines that don't pay hardly anything. I got 260 free games betting 90 cents and only won $132 bucks. Not to leave out that one spin while in free games paid me $56 dollars...do the math. The new game Huff n Puff stay away from them and by all means don't play the Dancing Drums at Maryland live and here's why. The mini stays locked at $10 and the minor stays locked at $25 dollars. Every other casino the mini and minor goes beyond $10/$25. The algorithm and the RNG in this casino is set on a very low code that does not favor the player. People really need to boycott this place. If you are interested I'm trying to obtain 2000 signatures to present to Congress and the Maryland Gaming Commissioner. Gambling is supposed to be an enjoyment but visiting this place and witnessing the pure strong arm robbery is insane

We had a great weekend getaway staying at the Live hotel. We had a King bed room high up with a great view. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate that the Prime Rib and the food was very good. The casino is like many others, but still a fun time. Also we ended each night at David's with drinks and live music which was always top notch.

Very nice poker room, good selection of games/levels. Players card also used for Philly and Pittsburgh Live! Great player comps and restaurants. Close to Arundel Mills Mall.

Great atmosphere, very well secured from your car to the door . The safe team ( red jackets) are the best! Long story but I forgot where I parked and they found my car in minutes. I gave the restroom 2 stars because everyone seems to be using the garage as a restroom. The smell is awful at times.

The casino offers an enjoyable experience with its wide range of games, including slots and tables. They constantly introduce new slot games to keep things exciting. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful, although I did encounter a few unpleasant incidents, such as one involving a security guard. She insisted that I dispose of my recently purchased regular coke, which was in a standard Pepsi paper cup. She claimed it was against their policy to allow any drinks to leave the premises, regardless of whether they were alcoholic or non-alcoholic. This policy seemed questionable and not consistently enforced. It appeared to be more of a power trip on her part. Although I complied with her request at the time to avoid any further confrontation, in hindsight, I realized I could have simply left without much consequence. 😅 Additionally, unlike some other nearby casinos, they strictly adhere to the 'void after 30 days' policy for ticket redemption, which is acceptable. One significant issue is the cleanliness, especially in the smoking patio area. The slot machines desperately need regular cleaning, at least every few days. I didn't notice any sanitizer wipe stations, though I may have overlooked them during my visit. Despite these concerns, the casino itself is a lot of fun, particularly during weekends when it gets quite busy. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but improvements are needed in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring consistent adherence to rules and policies by employees. Keep up the good work!

Great time at MD Live. No shortage of tables, even on a Friday night they had Blackjack tables ranging from $10-$50 excluding high rollers. Free parking and well kept safe casino, certainly much better than Horseshoe in Baltimore city. Only complaint is it’s easy to get lost this place is massive and a beer was $13 draft.

Live has always been a great place to go. Very clean, friendly service, rooms were nice, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It's better than Horseshoe, IMO, but I win more at Horseshoe. Comps are not as great either but I prefer going here than Horseshoe.
