All your Dietary supplements needs are met at this location and personally wouldn't choose any other place to spend money at the staff are very knowledgeable about each product that they sell and yes five stars over and over again from me too them with love cause they are very concerned about which supplements suit you best and for that I trust them indeed cause it's not just about selling products it your health care and how can they help provide you with the best service they can. Love Vitamin shoppe. I didn't get the name of the young woman who helped my partner and I tonight. She was so helpful and really gave good advice. The products she suggested for my partners stomach issues did work and helped him. We will be back! Thank you.

Experience was pleasant , was my 2nd time visiting that location. customer service was satisfactory, efficient contactless way of paying for items. I was able to get help and direction to what i was looking for. Staff person was knowledgeable of product placement store was organized, well stocked and clean. Would go again

This was my first visit to this store. I called first to be sure they had a supplement, & asked them to hold for me until I could get get there. I love this place. Staff were so friendly & greeted me as soon as I can came in. They carry so many types of supplements in a well kept, clean, well organized store with plenty of signage to guide us customers to the right areas we want. I'm so impressed.

Cashier rude and not helpful. Stated items not available but found items on shelves. Won't visit again Stopped going to catonsville for same reasons. It's the blonde lady just wanted to add this. Very very unpleasant experience. I have been coming a long time but I'm done.

They always have the supplements I need and provide informed ordering service if out of stock. The workers are very knowledgeable about items provided and provide insightful feedback.

Young lady at desk gave terrible customer service. Asked her where a product was and she pointed vaguely to the wall and described a section as if I was suppose to know where that was. Went back over to the desk and asked the young man and he came, walked me over to the section and answered all my questions. Word of advice: yall should hire people that actually want to help customers, not those that just need a job.

Very good and wide selection and can find everything fast and easy but its this blonde lady I guess she is the GM is very rude and does not know how to speak to people and she always has the same attitude when ever I go there!

Vitamin Shoppe has very knowledgeable staff and there is something on sale every day. Huge selection of products and my wife and I love the the Wellness formula. It really works to make you feel better when you feel something coming on. I believe they do price matching. My wife paid lower prices from showing prices on the internet so i guess it doesnt hurt to try.

At the owings mills location. Andre gave me excellent service! He spent a lot of time with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The store is lucky to have him. When I come back, I would enjoy having him help me!

They finally had Vitamin A Dry formula that my wife has been looking for.

Just received the poorest service ever. They act like they didn’t want to be there working. I am asking about different vitamins the you lady just very disconnected. I will not go to the vitamin shop in owings mills again. GNC here I come
