We loved it for a little date with the Madam herself . Coffee was great all be it a little slow . And the prices in these places are always off the charts so they never get a 5 star from me with mark ups on the simplest of things . But the book exchange idea is good. Coffee house was great and the child loved the hot chocolate with marsmellows

Really great flat white. Insomnia coffee is always a bit tastier than the main brand coffee shops. My flat white had an even mix of milk and smooth velvet foam! Most enjoyable. I'll be back!

Went in for a morning coffee whilst waiting on my doctor appointment, I didn't have my insomnia card with me but the kind and friendly lady by the name of Sarah was very helpful and said not to worry I could give my number and it would work.. I was even more happy when she informed me that I had a free coffee awaiting me which I was unaware of. When the coffee was made by the other lady it looked quality, everything I had asked for and tasted equally as high class. Top class coffee shop with top class staff 👌👌

Nothing can compare to how good this place is, the staff is phenomenal, they give great recommendations and you'll be delighted with what you order no matter if its food or drink. Ahhh the atmosphere also, it's perfect, theres pillows and blankets around so you can enjoy whatever you ordered in comfort. There is a blanket on every seat outside, I mean come on, who else does this?! I think that is what sets out this place from any other coffee shop, the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that it provides sets itself off. By far the best coffee place I have ever been to. 11/10 will continue to visit.

It was -2° outside, absolutely baltic, on 15th December and the door was open. When I closed it, a rude staff member came down and wedged it open. I asked why and she barked that it had to be left open....???? It's the first coffee shop I've ever been in that has to leave the door fully open in freezing temperatures. I had an hour to wait so I just thought I'd get a coffee and sit. The coffee itself wasn't great and the cold was uncomfortable. I'd have been as well sitting on a cold footpath and saving my €4

Ur staff were so rude and shouted through the cafe our order and would not take our coffee to our table...my father is 85 with a walking sitck in clear view...I will never return and sack ur staff...sooo rude

I have been here many times. Dined in and sat outside. Unfortunately there are no seats outside atm because of lockdown restrictions. Didn't stop me from going in to buy a dark roast flat white. Staff are always friendly and the coffee is always great. Go and say hi and support local.

Insomnia in Dundalk perfect as always! All the safety measures were in place. Iced coffee and cookie hot chocolate were very tasty. The staff behind the counter nice and professional (Sunday 25th of April). The best coffee chain company IMO. :)

3pm on May 8th 2021. Boy and girl on duty and they were the most disrespectful people ever. Poor and unfriendly service. We're giggling at us at us like kids behind the counter. Forgot the syrup on my coffee and used the wrong type of milk. I won't be back!!!

Yeah. This a no-go. Was waiting in line to pay for a single sandwhich. Batista's told me to wait and just continued to serve everyone behind me. Go to Burger King; it's 5min way👍
