We called in here on a random Tuesday evening as I remember the building from before it became a hotel. It was quiet and we were seated by the window, which was nice. The staff were lovely, attentive and mixed a great cocktail. The chef sent out a lovely amuse-bouche of brocoli and Stilton soup with goats cheese bite. It was delicious and a wonderful welcoming touch. All the dishes were presented beautifully and the following two courses were enjoyable, however the steak was a little over done for my liking. We enjoyed our evening and will possibly return to check out their rooms next time.

Stumbled upon this restaurant as the one we planned to go to was fully booked, I am glad this was the case. The service was perfect, so warm and friendly. The food was fairly expensive, but was also another level to anything else available in Portrush - the scallops and slow cooked ox cheek were my highlights. We also had lovely wine and drinks too. Can't wait to go back and try more food there.

Stayed here at the weekend with my work friends for a birthday celebration. There was excellent communication with the hotel and early check in on arrival which we were not expecting. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotless. Staff during the day were extremely attentive and cocktails were fabulous. Only gripe I had was that the cocktails at night time weren’t up to par . The espresso martini appeared to be halfed between 2 glasses & margarita was pretty tasteless but the staff were leaving to go home so never complained. It’s quiet at night time which suited us well & probably perfect for those looking a quiet getaway .They have a beautiful terrace bar which unfortunately wasn’t open. The night porter was one of the nicest human beings Iv met. He was an absolute asset to the hotel and people could learn so much about hospitality from him. His manners was impeccable and had great conversation and smile for everyone. Breakfast was great , massive choice and excellent service from the staff. I will definitely be back !

The Elephant Rock Hotel is a must stay! The bar and the rooms are modern, our room was generously sized with full amenities and in a great location right by the seafront with ample parking. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My only annoyance was the small green security light above the door which was annoying when lying in bed in a dark room.

This is a fabulous hotel with quirky interesting decor. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, it also had a sea view. We had Sunday lunch of turkey and ham which was delicious, and far from ordinary, the gravy and stuffing was amazing, veg was perfectly cooked. Nice cocktail bar too. We will definitely be back

Funky, friendly spot in a beautiful location. The staff are superb, the room was super clean and lovely decor. The breakfast was delicious and we didn't ever feel rushed. 100% recommend and I can be fussy!

Just back from a 2 night stay in executive sea view room. Was totally amazing stay, the hotel is beautiful and so was room. All the staff very helpful and pleasant. Lovely decor and bar. Food was amazing and breakfast very good. Will definitely be back. Have recommended hotel to friends who are going to book after seeing my photos and video of our gorgeous room. Wishing you all the success in the future. Hopefully won't be too long til we are back.

Excellent surroundings and decor. Views of the Skerries and east strand are sublime! Lots of fish on the menu all expertly cooked and delicious!

We stayed her in June this year for our mini moon and we were pleasantly surprised with standard of service. The bedroom were very clean and well kept. The service was excellent and the food was to die for, loads of options for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was so delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again soon.

My fiancé and I had a lovely meal here. All the food was tasty and beautifully presented. Scallops and Black Forest cake were my highlight. The portion sizes were good- just enough to make you full up. We were given a nice sea view seat which added to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff who served us- Rebecca and Scott were very chirpy and attentive even as the restaurant started to fill up. The bar staff also seemed happy to be there as they were genuinely interested in chatting to their customers and putting a lot of care into making the drinks. The decor inside the hotel is stunning and so unique. It really felt like a treat to be there and was worth every penny!
