Went
here
just
before
the
Christmas
holidays
and
was
expecting
big
things!
When
entering
the
building,
there
was
no
clear
indication
whether
guests
are
to
be
seated
or
just
walk
on
in
to
the
main
restaurant,
as
you're
not
greeted
by
anybody
when
you
walk
in.
The
food
was
keenly
priced
and
of
decent
portion
size
(when
it
all
finally
arrived
as
the
chef
didn't
ensure
that
all
was
on
my
plate
before
sending
it),
was
presented
nicely,
the
taste
was
pretty
average
unfortunately,
the
soup
starter
was
actually
the
best
dish
we
had
that
night.
The
restaurant
itself
was
very
well
designed
and
it
gave
a
cosy
and
warm
feeling
which
helped
with
the
evening.
The
waiting
staff
were
friendly
enough
although
some
more
training
would
be
beneficial
for
them,
the
biggest
let
down
of
the
evening
was
trying
to
pay.
Once
again,
it
was
self-directed
as
none
of
the
staff
let
you
know
the
process
of
how
payment
was
to
be
made
(as
many
places
do
this
in
many
different
ways).
We
had
to
just
walk
outside
to
the
bar
and
stand
in
a
queue
for
20
mins
for
the
one
poor
barmaid
to
figure
out
what
orders
people
had
through
slips.
This
showed
up
poor
management
as
nobody
attempted
to
take
charge
of
this
situation.
It
would
need
some
improvements
across
the
board
here.
