Shame you can’t get a refund, just an exchange. A bit archaic really. Security eye you up as if you’re on the make. It’s the only shop that security is as oppressive and you feel guilty as soon as you set foot inside. Good prices for products though.

I’d award zero stars if that was an option to the Belfast Boucher Road store. A basic “hello” to customers wouldn’t go a miss. Possibly the rudest manager I’ve ever met and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Disappointing!

Great service. Went to purchase golf shoes but they don't have enough of their online selection in store so it's hard to try them on first.

Playing golf I get my tees and gloves here. Always a good selection. And, golf trousers available at a good price. I bought two pair.. And, laces for my winter golf shoes 99p...99p? Brilliant!

A good place to get a good collection of branded sports wear at the place. May it be shoes, sneakers, track suits, jackets and warm clothing. You can also get golf and racket sports equipment here.

Good selection on of stock. Very friendly staff. Very clean establishment. We drove down Rowan Drive turned onto Kingsway until we reach the blacks road slip road turn into Boucher Cresent..we got everything we needed on this visit. We called back to look for trainers but couldn't find the size required.

Bought a pair of shoes as a gift, store refused to take them back saying they were worn outside, they clearly had not been. Told me to speak with customer service who they claimed it was a store issue and ended ended chat. Really poor service throughout company

Some very rude manager there! I bought a pair or shoes for my son. Took them home and he tried them on AT HOME. Turned out the fitting is a little tight. I take them to the store and ask for a bigger size, the manager refused to exchange them saying that the shoes have been worn out! I told her he wore them to try them for a min in the house! She looks me in the eyes and says he wore them out and I’m not changing them! I had to go back to the store and ask for another manager who exchanged the shoes and apologised for his colleagues arrogant behaviour! I said I needed an apology for how she spoke to me and calling me a liar. He gave me an apology and refused to give me her name or get her to apologise in person. Sports Direct is a good shop, they need to check their staff’s behaviour and send them on a course teaching them how to treat their customers. The manager had ginger hair spots on her face and looked 30.

Today I wanted to return shoes that I only wore at home, one shoe turned out to be narrower. I didn't receive a refund, the woman who introduced herself as the manager (I don't know she didn't have a name badge) said she wouldn't refund me the money because the units were used and she wouldn't be able to sell them. Does this mean that shoes with a factory defect wanted to sell to someone else instead of sending them back to the manufacturer? How am I supposed to check if the shoes are good without putting them on my feet? The service is terrible, I've never experienced such unfriendly service
