I first had a massage by Ludo four years ago and came away feeling very tender but literally like I was walking on air. He addressed issues I didn't even know I had. I was thrilled to find him in Bray recently. Having had 3 children in 2.5 years and being a regular CrossFitter, whilst being fortunate not to have injuries I have had regular niggles and aches in my back. I honestly could not recommend Ludo more highly. To be clear, this is not where you go for a relaxing massage. Be prepared for discomfort, tenderness and honestly a bit of pain too! This is the deepest deep tissue massage you will ever experience. However, I guarantee you he will sort out any issues you might have, and probably some you didn't know you had. I heard clicks and cracks that simply shouldn’t be possible! I won't go anywhere else having experienced the benefits of Ludo's massage. I’ll be going back regularly.

I would strongly recommend ludos massage to anyone with ANY aches and pains. After the first visit, there is no one else i would visit. I am fairly active but sit at a desk which affects my posture. I feel strains in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Ludo uses the perfect strength to ease these aches. Ludo has also often helped with my sciatica pain. He is a great, friendly guy who instantly makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

Very impressive result. I had a problem with my shoulder and thought a massage could help. But what Ludo did was absolutely amazing. I had couple massages before but he is truly top class. Thank you very much it was very professional and result was immediate pain relief. Will definitely come back next month again.

Ludo is a very professional and experienced sports massage therapist. I go once a month for a deep tissue sports massage and it’s an essential part of my physical and mental wellbeing. The studio is conveniently located just off the Main Street with on street car parking. Having suffered for many years with numerous injuries from running I find that my monthly visit keeps injuries at bay. I highly recommend Ludo.

Came for a back massage today and I am so happy, Ludo worked magic on my back and within seconds I felt relief and he knew exactly where I had all tension. Ludo gives the best massage. I first found Ludo six years ago when he was working in the spa in BrookLodge and MacReddin Village. I was thrilled to find his studio in Bray. I live in California, but regularly travel to Dublin. Whenever I'm there I make sure to make an appointment with Ludo--it's always a highlight of my visit!
