In 2018 I was absolutely crippled with neck pain. I had tried everything - massage, acupuncture, physio, cupping, heat therapy and everything else in between. I had an on going issue with lower back/ hip pains of muscular origin. I cycle, I horse ride. That muscular problem responded really well to dry needling. It took a few cessions but the pain eventually went. Every so often if I feel it niggling again one cession is enough to amend it. So for muscular problem most particularly I would recommend Dene.

I have been experiencing on and off pain and discomfort in my left shoulder since starting a desk job about 5 years ago.
