I have read a lot of negative reviews here about this place and was skeptical before ordering for pickup at the center. Took a chance as the main IKEA is like a day trip. Honestly had a hassle free transaction, my order was ready within 24hrs and received an SMS notification as well as app notification. After I reached the center to pickup, I only had to show my order ID and got all my things within 5min of waiting. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Reducing 1 ⭐ because - you don't deliver kitchen knifes because of age restrictions which is understandable, atleast keep them at the pickup center and ask people to show their ID to buy it.

Great place to do online shopping and collect the items. I like the quality of the items from IKEA. The staff here are efficient and it usually take only a few minutes to get your orders. You can also do in store shopping, but the collections are very limited. There is plenty of car parking nearby. Yes, I recommend this place.

Quiet and nice for looking around and picking up small items or checking the availability of something. Staff are very good. There are good toilet facilities here which are wheelchair accessible.

Again, very unprofessional with a current order to deliver wardrobe doors. Today advised at 8:30 am that 3rd postponed or cancelled delivery would be between 2 and 4 pm. Less than 20 minutes later, our delivery was "postponed" till 48 hours later . A betting man would say: your yanking my chain ! INSERT EXPLETIVES HERE

Love IKEA. Storage solutions are just fabulous. You just want everything you see. Its a small shop for IKEA & theres not very much you can get in Carrickmines it mostly has to come from Ballymun so I order online & do the click & collect there or it can be delivered for €10.

Mickey Mouse business. Was told over the phone item will be held for me for a week.arrived to collect only to find out it was sent back to main store🤡 needles to say only few designated parking spaces at the front with always someone parked. get yourself ready to drag heavy trolley through busy car park(if you’re lucky enough to find parking) this is what they’re charging €15 extra for?

I would give zero stars if I could . If you can spend 5 -7 days wating at home for deliveries to arrive and then another 5-7 days wating for the correct deliveries to be delivered then this is the place to go !!!!!! They are beyond terrible . This is my third and LAST order with them ..between wrong items sent, having to wait days and days for deliveries that never arrive and having to deal with a beyond TERRIBLE customer service in the UK ......I have never had to deal with such a place in my life ...and they dont care . None of the staff seem capable of taking an order or phone number correctly and getting it delivered correctly on the correct day !. You cannot contact them once you have a problem .....you are put on to someone in the UK who 'cant do anything for you at the moment as we cannot get through to the hub in Ireland ' ...it is beyond a joke ! I would NOT advise ordering anything in this shop ! The delivery people are beyond terrible ...saying 'we went to your place but there was no one there ' !!!!! when in fact we were five days there wating on them to come !!! avoid this place ...not worth the trouble .

I want to give negative star if possible. The delivery is super bad! I ordered 2000 euros furniture. The delivery is arranged on Friday and next Monday. On Friday the delivery didn’t happen. Just now Saturday morning 7:11 I received a message the delivery will happen 7am-11am. I tracked and it looked almost there. So I started to drive to my house, which would cost me 25 mins. Then I received a call on 7:30 and said they would be there in 10mins and can’t wait for me . They said in phone drive faster! What?! I arrived at 8:00 and they were not there. I waited another 10mins. Finally they arrived. I supposed a lot of boxes. And asked my builder to move the ladder chairs. Then the guy left one box and drove away! I gestured 1. And they responded while driving away with 1 . Only 1 box! ! Since they arrived, no single word at all. Why cannot merge? Why don’t tell your customer postpone delivery? Playing with your customer is full of fun?

Me and my husband had a lovely experience in there, planning our new kitchen. Fiona, the lady that attend to us was absolutely amazing. She helped us with all our doubts in so friendly and helpful way. She actually made my day and made planning so much easier. The best customer service ever. Thank you Fiona!

AVOID the very poor quality wardrobes imo. They are held together with wallpaper thin veneer inside a dust sandwich... When I erected it it just collapsed like a pack of cards... I had to reinforce all the corners with additional fixings of my own(it will just about do (for a while((. If there is any risk of damp in your house it will last even less as it swells and fixings disengage. And forget about moving these things ...not a good experience!. I would recommend real SOLID wood or getting a FREE Solid wood vintage one off the many recycling websites now that will last forever! 🌲
