Great company - great values and helpfulness. I bought beds few years ago, all well. Furniture movers damaged the bed bases badly and knocked 4 gliders off two bed bases. I rang Shay and asked for a few gliders and metal 'prongs'. He arranged them to be sent from Tallaght to his Ballybrack shop (near where i now live) and i collected them three days after making the phonecall! His son handed them to me with a smile. Great company with old-fashioned values of kindness and helpfulness.

Absolutely disgraceful that on the hottest day of the year so far (currently 27 degrees), that you have one of your staff members sitting out on the road in full costume in this heat. Disgraceful.
