Has a good children playground inside with lot of play activities for them. Can get bit crowded on a weekend and if the weather is good. You need to enter Marlay Park from the College Road Car Park side for near access to the kids playground. Parking place is big and free. I love to go there as my kids enjoys a lot there

Good venue, not as big as I thought it would be. Went to see Guns N Roses ...AMAZING....1 major issue with it there was next to no transport to and from venue ....walked almost 2 miles after concert to get a taxi and that was dump luck ......NEED BETTER TRANSPORT

I love it. It's a great park to bring the kids to play or just to go and chill. The park is beautiful and it has nice paths to walk in the woods. It also has a little bird zoo kind of place where kids can go and feed them. It has a nice coffee shop and on Saturday there are food trucks that sell different kinds of foods.

It is a big park. The main playground area has a public toilet (not many parks have this luxury). There is a nice cafe to grab a snack and coffee. Beside the garden with peacocks and other flying beauties there is a restaurant where you can sit inside or outside. There is a food fair on Sunday with yummy treats. The park itself is a great place to run, walk, and cycle (there are some pedestrian areas only). There is a fairy garden too.

Marlay Park is a great place to spend time with family and friends. The park offers a variety of activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, picnicking, and playing sports. The park has two playgrounds for children and a dog park for pet owners. The park also hosts various events throughout the year such as concerts, festivals, and markets . Overall, Marlay Park is a beautiful and well-maintained park that offers something for everyone. It's a great place to relax and enjoy nature or participate in various activities. I would highly recommend visiting Marlay Park if you're looking for a fun day out with family or friends.

Fair play to Dunlaoighaire Rathdown County Council. Marlay Park gets better and better. The playground is exceptional with onsite toilets. A new feature is the putting green where the old playground used to be. Also love the idea of borrowing some sports equipment via the app & returning the equipment afterwards(near the tennis courts). Love the new flower gardens near the lodge in the park. It really feels like the park is to be used by the community to get active. Also discovered there are 4 free electric car charging points.

What a beautiful place to spend your time in. There's plenty to see and do. Plenty of space to picnic play ball fly kites or just watch the world go by. It's excellent for cycling, jogging or if more adventurous the beginning of the wicklow way a truly beautiful trek. There is a large lake with several brooks and streams that feed into and out of. A walled garden tea rooms craft centre (toilets are here) free parking that fills up quickly

Really nice spacious park. Tennis courts, football pitches and a lovely childrens' playground. The car parks tend to fill up quickly so arrive as early as possible. Also leave extra time to find your way around as it is a huge park.

Extensive south Dublin park that's used for a variety of recreational activities. It's also the start of the Wicklow Way and boasts some beautiful tree hugged paths that wind their way around its many stylized water features. The courtyard of the old country house is now used by a number of artisan sellers and there are two coffee shops.

Dun laoghaire rathdown county council, hats off to you!! Whoever was behind the recent additions to Marley Park deserves a medal! Stellar job between the new boules park, pitch and putt (which is a huge success always with a queue of people!) solar panel sports equipment rentals, the wildflower zones for bees, the chess boards in the court yardโ€ฆ 10/10. Marlay Park is a lovely park for a walk around the estate, to visit the food markets on the weekend, to bring the kids to the playground, or for a cycle around the park. They also have two dog parks and some workout areas. There is also a golf course and lovely 'Boland's Cafรฉ' with a secret garden that offers a tasty lunch or coffee stop.

Over the road from us so we can skip the hectic traffic on hot days because that I would say is the only real let down here. Loads of space for the kids to run around and play football, lovely little cafe and even have a little market on Saturdays

One of the city's larger parks, Marlay has plenty of space to stroll around. At the foot of the Dublin mountains, this scenic area provides great walking tracks and beautiful trees to marvel at. After you've walked a for a bit you can avail of the tea rooms located at near the entrance. Overall Marlay Park is well worth a visit. Just try and go on a day when it's not raining.

Great place for walk, picnic. Lovely, spacious and tidy park. There is public toilet beside kid playground, and another one just beside the castle. I think not a good idea for cycling because some areas in the park are not permitted.
