Beautiful little park, great place for a picnic. The little row of farmer’s market stands has some great stuff too if you catch it.

Amazing park on walking distance from Dart, its a small park but great break point in the way through Dun Laoghaire. Great thing is that they have public restrooms which are nicely maintained. Make sure that you visit it when you have chance and spend a nice coffee break in park one of the benches facing watter fountain.

A beautiful park with plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the weather. You can often see some singers/artists perform here. The place has many shops and restaurants on the one side. My personal recommendation is DO NOT try the Chicken Wings here, it was too smelly, tastes very bad and we had to throw away the entire food. It was 9 EUR. Overall the place was very nice, and I recommend this place.

Lawns to sit in the sun with friends or walk around the formal Victorian flowerbeds. A playground, a fancy café, a farmers market on Sundays.

Great place to visit during a sunny day. If you are lucky enough you might be able to spot few seals in the sea 🦭

Firts time visiting this park and what a pleasant surprise. Clean, lawn mowed, great for families around the neighborhood, a nice place to spend some time on the grass or sitting around the fountain. There's also a café, beautiful location to visit in the afternoon and looking the sunset. Lovely place

Absolutely gorgeous small posh park with fountains and Sunday Market, with those small unique handmade items. The park has stunning sea views. I could have sit on the bench in front of the fountain for the whole day.

This park is located close to Dun Laoghaire town which have all the amenities. The park have a small play area for kids and fountain at the centre which is attractive. Its a good place to hangout in weekends. Farmers market is hosted in peoples park every Sunday. Local farmers will sell there local produce in the market. Some of the talented artists also display there art and some perform as well.

Lovely well maintained urban park overlooking the harbour. The park has some of the finest Victorian heritage buildings and features of any park in Ireland. The impressive pillars and gates at the entrances along with the gate lodge, fountains, bandstand are good examples of Victorian workmanship. The ornate pavilion with its intricate ironwork is now a cafe / coffee shop with inside seating and an accessible terrace area overlooking the park. The food and staff here are excellent. While the park retained formal (colourful bedding) planting schemes (in the Victorian style) until recently..... thankfully in the last few years the park management has slowly moved to pollinator friendly herbaceous planting. There are several impressive herbaceous borders in the park with more planned. This also means you cannot see the entire park at once and it invites the visitor to walk around and explore the different areas. There are many native irish trees along with an interesting group of gingko bilobas. There is also a safe playground for the kids with z recently added (wheelchair friendly) ability swing.

This place is incredible! A great selection of vegan / plant based options both sweet and savory. Very thoughtful conscious products available. Highly recommend checking it out. The peoples park is right across the road if you don’t decide to eat in.

The new coffee dock/restaurant in the Park is terrific. The service and food are outstanding. Try their loaded Salmon bagel which comes with a side of pesto pasta and red cabbage slaw. Shout out especially for the lovely manager who goes out of her way to accommodate and welcome.

Beautiful little Park with playground and lovely coffee shop, fountains and lots of benches, very well kept with amazing flower arrangements... best of all it's right by the sea and the pigeons are seagulls! Buskers add to the atmosphere and the coffee shop is very cosy with an outside seating area. The Park has two entrances, one from the main Street and one from the beach promenade. We were there as part of a weekend in Dun Laoghaire on a sunny day in July for our daughters birthday and loved it

People’s Park is a beautiful place! It offers colorful flowers, beautiful scenery, a relaxing pond, a tearoom, and a variety of wildlife. It’s great for birdwatching. Not only that, but it’s also a lovely place to sit down and relax. I’d highly recommend this park, as it’s gorgeous!

Great park to relax in,nice playground for kids. Usually has a good market at the weekends, however I am not sure if that's on under the current circumstances. Nice café on site and well kept public toilets.

Beautiful Victorian Park in the heart of Dun Laoghaire. The fountains, the coffee shop building are all perfectly restored to its original condition. The grounds are absolutely stunning. A park huddled away from modernity,

Lovely park. Beautifully maintained except for the clientele who seem to think that their lack of cleanliness is the park's responsibility. Someone dumped a nappy on a compost heap. That's the level...

Best park going! Safe for the kids and the playground is great for the kids. Also having the toilets is a great help. They have really put a lot of effort into the landscaping.

Wonderful, peaceful, light jazz music audible from the prom below it on the weekend. Families picnicking, great takeaway menu from Fallon & Byrne (fish & chips for me), dogs on leads resting beside several family groups.

Great park for the kids with plenty to do, market on a Sunday, with ice cream and coffee nearby. Followed by a stroll on the pier. A great day out. Parking is hard to find in dun Laoghaire, but well served by the bus and Dart.

Fantastic on Sundays with the market. Its a wonderful urban park much loved and frequented by locals and visitors to Dunlaoire . It has a children's playground and a restaurant/coffee shop within. Highly recommended for all ages!

The ambience is something to be excited about. Takes you back a few millenniums. The starters we ordered were good. Service was quite slow and they seemed a bit least interested to be honest. They spent a lot of time chatting amongst each other rather than actually serve us. Just a visit for the old pub vibe and nothing else I guess.

The Sunday markets were an incredible visit and had such a great range of vendors! Definitely something for everyone on offer. There was also an incredible live performer on the day who really set the mood for a relaxing park day. Also a beautiful spot if you're just looking to spend a few hours soaking in the sun and reading

Lovely atmosphere and scenic as well. Full of life and has a nice cafe to get a bit to eat and something to drink if you want to. Haven't tried to cafe so will have to get back to you on that; but I am attaching photos of the menu.

Nice small park. Has some lovely architecture. Nice market on Sundays. Only thing that lets it down is the surface in the playground which is horrible after it's been raining.

I love this park, peaceful and beautiful with a gorgeous restaurant to visit too. There is a playground for the kids and plenty of seating. A nice touch is the information pinned to the trees. Loved reading them.

Lovely park especially on a Sunday when we visited. Nice green areas and the stalls were good.got a great coffee of Bryan's coffee and the kids had fun in the playground. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities. Drops a star due to all bins over flowing. I know it was a Sunday but the markets are on so provide more maintenance.

👍👍 Myself and the family had an amazing time at this market, The food stalls were bountiful, and we tried many new dishes 😋, and we made gluttons of ourselves. There was also a great band playing in the park. We had a great time and will come back.

👍👍 Sea side public space with ramps and steps down to the sea. Great views. Lots of space. Concrete amphitheatre. Access to the water for swimming. Rocky and gravel and deep at high tide so not safe for small kids or inexperienced swimmers I think. More exposed to sea than seapoint so could be rough wa...
