I
am
beyond
disappointed.
This
is
not
the
first
time
I
stayed
here.
I
stood
here
around
March
of
this
year
and
the
place
was
actually
starting
to
be
built
up
again.
The
room
was
clean
and
the
staff
was
nice
and
educated.
The
general
manager
Angelo
Flecha
was
so
nice
and
professional,
I
remember
that
I
wanted
a
room
facing
the
side
and
he
was
happy
to
fixed
the
problem
and
was
very
accommodating
about
it.
The
manager
of
the
house
keepers
was
so
professional
and
friendly
with
the
room
needs.
The
room
looked
and
was
clean.
This
time
around
I
guess
they
have
a
new
general
manager
who
is
so
unprofessional
likes
to
act
like
a
dictator.
The
room
that
I
was
put
in
was
so
dirty
and
the
bed
looked
like
it
was
already
sleep-in
rooms
are
not
been
clean
or
I
don’t
even
know
if
someone
is
actually
checking
to
see
if
the
room
are
been
cleaned
properly.
When
I
asked
to
be
moved
from
this
dirty
room
the
General
manager
Cassie
Lomax
didn’t
want
to
move
me
and
said
If
you
don’t
like
the
room
you
can
go
somewhere
else
and
we
will
not
be
refunding
your
money.
This
is
such
a
disappointment
because
I
have
stayed
in
different
WYNDHAM
hotels
and
it
is
an
embarrassment
to
affiliate
this
hotel
with
them.
Will
never
stay
here
again.
I
thought
from
my
last
stay
in
March
that
this
place
was
moving
in
a
good
direction
but
is
actually
worse
I
don’t
know
what
happen
with
the
old
staff
but
this
staff
is
not
doing
there
customer
service
or
professional
at
all.
Don’t
stay
here,
this
is
not
worth
your
money.
