Highly recommended stopping by Carters. Their tuna BLT is truly THE BEST. All the food and drinks are well crafted and you’ll enjoy everything they have to offer. The fish tacos were also perfect. The outside patio is adorable but so is inside, no bad seat in the place! Service is always great and prompt.

An unbelievably incredible experience for an event. The owner genuinely cares so deeply about your experience. I was here for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and the owner was running around the whole time making sure everything was perfect - meanwhile, the food is out of this world good. Would rate higher than five stars if i could, consider Carter’s for your events!

OH MY GOODNESS Carter's is the best restaurant / casual event space on Main Street! Jon Lombardi puts his heart into everything he does, and you feel like you are a family member when you're under his roof. Same goes for the staff. We had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our wedding guests at Carter's, just a few steps from the Roundhouse (our wedding venue). Jon OUTDID HIMSELF with the abundance and pure quality of food he delivered. The space is also newly renovated and so so beautiful! We had the time of our lives and it was all because of Jon and his team. We are so lucky to have found this spot - and we will be returning for years and years to come. Don't sleep on their brunch either!!

INCREDIBLE! Really cannot say which was better, the food, the service or the cocktails. We ordered almost every app & main on the menu (large group), and every single dish was outstanding. The menu has something for everyone- even the pickiest of eaters was accommodated with a smile and endless patience. Service was amazing. We never had to flag a server down or wait for a drink. I am STILL dreaming of their scrumptiously tender Prime Rib. A very impressive restaurant.

I liked Carters. Food was very good, service -good our waitress was very friendly and polite. She took our drink orders which came out quickly. I had the "refresher" it really was refreshingly good. I ordered the chicken Eugene I got 2 good size chicken cutlets toped with roasted potatoes peppers, onions and hot cherry peppers all in a tangy sauce...it was outstanding. Loved it. I would definitely recommend Carters, I had a great experience and would go again.

Very nice servers and easily the best burger in Beacon. One of the few places that actually will cook the meat medium rare. The bun is unique, buttery, and very tasty. Loved the fries, too. My only complaint is that the ambiance is pretty basic. Still, loved it overall. I'll be back regularly.

My boyfriend and I came to Carters for a bite to eat and some drinks! We were absolutely blown away by the friendly staff working here. The food was AMAZING. Josh our server was on top of everything and was so friendly throughout. Josh was a pleasure and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back! This is our new favorite and will spread the word!!

The room was set up in a weird way. Some food was in one room, more food was in another. And neither of these items were duplicates. Had no clue there was any meat because it was in the other room. The service regarding drinks was slow as there was no bartender. Only one server for drinks with about 70 people. Does limit the open bar concept. Food was good. But never tried the meat as it was in the other room. I personally would not do a private event here, but the food was good, so maybe I would try the restaurant. But not a private event.

What a great experience! The Vibe of the restaurant is friendly and inviting. The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing, we had the Tomato Bisque soup, Stuffed Mushrooms and Mussels in white wine and garlic. We happened to be there on an evening that they had live music which kept the crowd going. John the owner could not have been more gracious. We will be back for sure!

Took my mom here awhile back for her birthday. The owner and his staff were beyond accommodating! They set up a table for us so we had room to sit even though the place was almost at capacity. They also allowed us to order a dinner special even though it wasn’t quite “dinner” time yet. Everything we ordered was delicious and we will certainly be back. Other owners in Beacon take note, this is how you run a business!

Food taste great but overpriced. Like most things in beacon. My special didn't even come with pasta or a side. I was disappointed overall with this place.

The absolute best chicken cutlet sandwich I've had since moving to Hudson Valley. Staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. Great place for food, vibes, and drinks.
