If
only
there
was
an
option
of
a
lower
rating.
However,
one
star
exists
and
that's
for
the
food
quality
and
good
taste.
Deducted
two
stars
for
unethical
practice.
Another
for
the
dull
underground
atmosphere.
And
another
for
mistake
in
billing.
I
asked
for
one
single
scoop
icecream
for
a
single
person
and
they
brought
two
single
scoop
icecreams.
On
being
asked
to
take
another
back,
they
said
it
comes
in
two
scoops
only,
even
if
one
eats
only
one
scoop,
it
will
be
charged
for
two
scoops.
Luckily
my
aunt
took
3/4th
of
the
extra
single
scoop,
but
it
is
ethical
to
state
the
facts
when
the
customer
is
ordering,
especially
in
specific
quality
and
details.
Secondly,
before
serving
the
bill
they
give
5
dice
to
customer
to
throw
and
the
total
would
their
discount.
Our
turned
out
to
be
19%.
In
the
bill
they
forgot
to
add
a
hell
lot
of
items
worth
400.
We
honestly
informed
them
and
they
changed
the
bill.
In
the
first
bill,
we
were
given
discount
of
19%
but
in
the
replaced
bill
they
gave
us
discount
of
10%
and
our
honesty
resulted
in
an
extra
700
from
our
pockets,
worst
part
being
the
discount
being
unethically
reduced
where
the
mistake
was
on
their
part.
The
excuse
was
:
"the
bill
is
now
generated,
next
time
we
will
give
you
two
chances
to
throw
the
dice."
Total
mismanagement
considering
the
standard
of
Intercity
and
the
regularity
of
our
visits.
I
swear
I
wouldn't
have
paid
a
single
penny
untill
a
fresh
bill
was
given
to
us,
if
only
I
was
not
with
my
family.
Shameful,
cheap,
and
unethical
business
tactics!
