Fantastic location, right on the canal so stopped in for a pit stop. Great choice of beer. Dog friendly. They have a great outdoor spot to watch the passers by.

Don't bother. Riverside part is nice but went for a friend's birthday on a Saturday. Me and my partner both had the burger. Unbelievable. £17 EACH!!!!! No salad, just meat cheese in a bun. A few chips. Tough meat, not even cooked well. Starving afterwards. Meres well have been at wetherspoons. For that price I was gutted. What is it with pubs charging £6 a pint for a shandy. It's half lemonade gun! Just depressing. I don't leave reviews typically but couldn't resist. Daylight robbery.

🚇 Westbourne Park 🍺 £6.25 Ashai ❤️ We head back out west for this one and a trip to The Union Tavern near Westbourne Park Tube. This charming @fullers boozer sits just over a bridge next to the Grand Union Canal. The pub is set out over two floors with a reasonably sized bright and airy bar at street level and a smaller cozy bar downstairs which leads to a canal side terrace. The pub offers cask and craft beers including Fullers stalwart beer London Pride. I had the Ashai lager which is my favourite pint, it’s over six quid but I really enjoy it. The pub wasn’t overly busy inside, but if the weathers nice you’ve got to go and sit outside on the canal terrace which is where most punters were plotted up. Just a side note, I saw couple of fellas with moustaches, nice to see the moustache making a comeback. For all you pub tile lovers, there are beautiful green tiles across the front of the exterior and also some more vintage mustard ones behind the bar. The food here is popular with the punters as there were plenty of plates coming out of the kitchen. . The @uniontavern is a solid boozer which has a good food and beer offering. It’s canal side terrace is a real treat and a great place to hang out. If you’re ever out W9, why not give it a try. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 30/08/21

The hallmark of the Union Tavern has to be its location on the Grand Union canal. Should be a good spot in Summer. They also have ‘visiting’ beers. I managed to get a tasty wheat beer. Otherwise good pub grub.

Really lovely pub. Outdoor seating by the canal. Loads of different styled seating areas! Staff are really fun and funny, especially Georgia! They have a fireplace in one of the cosy areas. I will be going back for the vegan nachos again and to try the vegan burger. I hope they add a vegan dessert soon too! We only went for one drink ended up staying for hours! They have great flower arrangements too!

We came on a Friday night to get a dinner. Pleasant and cosy atmosphere with friendly service. The venue wasn’t that loud and one could easily have a conversation. Food was good, but I wouldn’t say exceptional. We’ll come again!

The pub is right by the cannal and can get quite busy on a nice day! It has a lovely atmosphere and the outdoor seating area by the water is always busy. We were here for drinks and they serve a range of pub food but we didn't order any at the time.

After some time without visiting I came today for a Sunday roast and was bit disappointed. I entered an empty pub with very high prices.. A Sunday roast is now over £20 and a pint of lager is over £7. The quality of food was ok, but the Sunday roast shrank to a single piece of beef and few vegetables. I understand everything is going up, but today it seemed excessive and similar pubs in the area have more reasonable prices.

Always have good experience here because of the friendly staffs who always try to accommodate. But the owner doesn’t seem to care so much about them nor making money. We ordered BLT burger with chips, and got bacon sandwich and crisps. But they don’t know how to tell their customers they don’t actually have a chef…? Disappointed but will come back for beer and the canal view.

Food was fairly average but did the job and to be fair, I’d eat there again, but it wouldnt be my first choice if you know what I mean. Great little spot next to the canal for a cheeky lunch beer or after work bev though. They also have Guinness extra cold which is always a winner

Lovely spot for a beer by the canal, and the staff are friendly. Beer is a bit on the expensive side but you’re paying for the location I suppose. Food is children’s birthday party standard for gourmet prices. Overall I would go back but definitely eating beforehand.

Great location on the water and really nice for a drink outside. We sadly had the worse service from one of the bar staff. A young man with what i could see had "war paint" under his eyes in makeup. would be visibly angry when asked for a round of drinks and when I asked if I could order food would just star at me until his friend serving also thankfully could see he wasn't being helpful. The young man brought our food to our table that was very nice but we noticed there was only half the portion that we ordered. before I could say anything he dropped it off and walked away, not giving us knives or forks or asking if we needed table sauce or salt and pepper, just dropped off and left. I walked to find him but he must have "ran" to the back room. This bar was really nice and I would love to come back again as the location is great. But if this man with wrestling makeup is behind the bar again I would not bother

I was so impressed with this cosy and cool bar. They infuse their own vodka/brandy/gin which I tried and they are delicious! The buffalo wings and chocolate brownie was also great, and they do a lovely pint of Guinness (and we are very fussy about our Guinness). I recommend coming down to sit out near the canal, and definitely recommend the rhubarb and custard vodka! Staff are also so lovely here too!

It's a local pub where my husband and I come sometimes to enjoy the weather next to the canal. Everything was fine before, no complaints. Today we've ordered two pints of London Pride, the taste was awful, like warm still water. My husband tried to return it and explained that it tastes horrible. He was told that he probably doesn't know the taste if this beer, but this is only the one we drink regularly :) Anyway, we’ve got two Peroni and were charged again. £10.50 was wasted, such a shame. There are few nice places down the canal towards Paddington. This place won't be in the list to choose from anymore, sorry.

Never been here before as I don't live in London. The atmosphere was really cosy and the staff very friendly. We sat in the veranda by the canal side which was a great place to take in the view. We had their fish and chips: a large portion of fish and great, crispy chips. Thoroughly recommended

They have some rotating selection of craft beers on craft which can be enjoyed depending on availability and your preferences. I was amazed to see that they have vegan/plant-based options on the menu. The jackfruit tacos were amazing, the arancini balls were ok, but the pad Thai was tasteless, yet very oily and spicy. So food can be improved upon, but diversity was better than expected. And I enjoyed the canal views!

This pub has plenty place to accommodate many people. There are upstairs , downstairs sitting areas and lovery outside beer garden on the banks of the canal. The outside areas has plenty sunshine on the sunny day that makes it even more attractive to people, so I would recommend to book it in advance. Pub snacks were very tasty and the service was fast.

Decent place with good staff, choice on tap and average prices. It’s not fault of the place but the clientele aren’t the most desirable and take ages faffing around at the bar. Worth having a drink here if you can get a spot canal side and they have quite a few events on

Location is superb, food is okay, service was aloof. I should probably rate this lower but an extra hour of daylight and a dry cider will make people do funny things….

Stumbled across this place before getting the tube home tgt! Good selection of draught and canned beer, great location on the river just near Westbourne Park and brilliant service. Just had beers and a few nuts tgt but will go back for food in the future!

A great pub in a great location. The selection of real ales and craft lagers is excellent: the beer was in good condition. The outside area next to the Grand Union Canal has excellent views. Interesting menu and friendly staff provide an overall great experience

We are visiting from America and this was the perfect spot! The staff is very genuine and kind, and the food is great (specifically the wings) we came back 3 times in two days for these wings! The sticky toffee pudding is also excellent. We really cannot reiterate how kind and friendly the staff was. Definitely our favorite in Notting Hill- we will be back next visit!
