Beautiful pub with a great view of the river so it has a great atmosphere. Lovely food too. The menu does change according to the seasons, but over several visits I’ve tried the crab and mozzarella to start, the vegan burger, chicken salad, steak & chips, Mac & cheese and fish & chips. The fish is SO crispy and delicious! It was all very tasty and I always look forward to going back

Such a lovely pub that I am sure we will be going back to. We had a quick stop and a few small plates here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We managed to find a table outside which was great as we hadn’t booked. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was really tasty, fresh and an excellent choice on the menu. A bit pricey but as expected for this area and for the quality of the food. Would recommend!

Great food and vibe here! One of the nicer pubs in Greenwich and less crowded than others too. Will def be going back.

Perfect spot along the water. Loved the history and cozy vibes before Christmas. Real ales and good food. Fish and chips on point.

One of the best roasts in Greenwich! It is made perfectly each time I have had it. It is also a great little extra that you get the option to add the gravy by yourself. On this occasion there was a lamb special that my friend said was delicious. Always great and fresh vegetables with the roast. The pub has very friendly and helpful staff, great beer selection and it is a really nice place in general.

Homemade mulled wine with the cutest atmosphere and comfy seats inside. It's not too crowded, well spaced apart and the staff are nice. Didn't have any food there but would go back to try since the atmosphere was so cute

What a wonderful pub, we had the Chefs Roast which was absolutely superb. The staff are friendly and there is a lovely vibrant atmosphere. We had a table in the window of the Crows Nest which gave us an incredible view of the Thames. Cannot wait to return, highly recommend ❤️ Thank you

Definitely recommend booking a table here to eat. The food was absolutely divine and not extortionately priced. The staff and the customer service was impeccable they were so helpful to us. It's a unique setting with a stunning view of canary wharf over the River. Suitable for adults and children. Good choice of food and drinks. Certainly 5 stars worth.

What a lovely riverside pub this is. Very busy but we got our food in about 20 minutes which was their estimate. Staff very friendly beer good and food lovely. We sat outside after eating enjoying the sunshine and the river. Perfect for early arrival at the o2 with a walk along the Thames path towards Greenwich. Highly recommended.

Nice atmosphere and decent service but food is disappointing, unfortunately. Cocktail and soup were okay but main meal of Sunday Roast very disappointing all ingredients tasted dry and old (veggies and meat including) , horseradish source and gravy were "watered"/diluted so below standards. Not the food quality you would expect from the place with current 4.5 ranking.

Cozy historical atmosphere, great quality food and friendly service! If you manage to get a table beside a window, you will have a wonderful view on Canary wharf. Much recommended!

Amazing experience - especially for a Sunday Roast! Not touristic at all, packed with locals (I am a local, by the way ;)). Service is outstanding, everyone is so lovely and helpful. They offered my parents a lunch to remember, and I am very thankful for that. Totally recommend it!

After a well commentated boat ride down the Thames we were looking for a proper place for a pint and fish and chips, we found it. Got to sit outside on the banks of the river and you’re far enough from the dock it was quite relaxing and dare I say peaceful. Our waitress was very pleasant and it was exactly what we were looking for!

Best Sunday roast in Greenwich without a doubt! Great outdoors vibe in summer. Cozy vibes inside in winter and always a great seasonal menu. Very friendly staff. Very dog friendly and I have a very large dog!

An old favorite, now seems to be a “Young’s” pub. Had the best pint of Young’s Special of the trip. The outside seating has been greatly improved, and the interior is little changed (fortunately) A great place to stop into after a walk from Greenwich and enjoy the view.

Lovely old pub in Greenwich just set back from the River Thames on a cobbled road. A bit pricey compared to some pubs but this is very individual and just a nice place to be whether inside or outside by the Thames on a sunny day. Food is good and staff very friendly. Nice spot to sit if you can get seat on the wing back chair by the fireplace

We booked the separate dinning area for a family celebration for 25 people. There was a good choice on the menu and lots of vegetarian options. We had a dedicated waitress for the duration and she was amazing (thank you so much Joss, you made the evening run so smoothly. Your a real asset to the team. Sorry I didn't get a chance to thank you personally at the end of the night). The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed their meals. The portions are generous and good value for money. Thank you to all the staff to making it a memorable evening. Highly recommend this pub/restaurant. I recommend you book at busy times as it's popular for a reason. The views on the Thames are pretty impressive too

I had a great experience on Christmas Day at The Cutty Sark. The whole atmosphere was great, the pub is young and vibrant with a beautiful view over the Thames & Canary Wharf. Service was ace, the Christmas Menu was really well balanced and nicely prepared. I will definitely recommend this pub both for regular visits or special events: they know how to deliver! I will be back

Had some fish and chips with a glass of wine here. Lovely pub. Lots of wood interior with and upstairs and downstairs. Friendly staff. Good good and drinks menu. Order at table through an app. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

We had a lovely experience. Tina, team’s supervisor, went the extra mile to accommodate us and she ensured that my mother and aunt had a lovely time at the pub. Although there was no available table by a window, she opened the second floor for us and the view from there was stunning. The food was good. Thank you again Tina :)

This pub is our local favourite (specially because is dog friendly upstairs)! The staff is always friendly, and they were particularly helpful when my reservation for 5 turned out to be for 6. We had fish and chips, sausages and mash, chicken, and the special game pie, all were delicious and well-sized. We enjoyed a tasty sticky toffee pudding, although it was just a tad over baked. It was a fantastic experience overall, as usual. (Forgot to take more photos)

Lovely Sunday roast and amazing atmosphere. We had to wait a bit for our order but was honestly worth it. Recommended

Service was more of a restaurant than just a pub. Food prices are not cheap but the place is so worth it! Service staff was super friendly, professional. The food was heavenly. Me and my gf both tried the beer battered haddock, and it was the best fish n chips we have ever had! Will be coming back in the future. Thank you for the memories and a great experience, definitely set the mood for the rest of our day.

Absolutely fabulous pub situated overlooking the Thames. We ate in the restaurant and were seated on the top floor. The view across the Thames is fantastic. The roast was great. Well presented and the wine was phenomenal. My only gripe is that my vegetables were slightly burnt. Definitely a lovely atmosphere all round

Excellent service, especially with it being a busy and sunny Sunday. Definitely book ahead if you plan to go on a weekend. We had a mixed needs group and the woman serving us was incredibly attentive and accommodating - thank you! The food and coffee quality wasn't the best but the service, views, and atmosphere made up for it.

Absolutely a wonderful traditional British Pub with a very thick British spirit and energy! The bar girls and the bartender was very customer friendly oriented help you taking pictures even before you asked! Sure highly recommend for all sort of occasion my friend Tom and Cat brought us there and we had a wonderful evening there!

Very warm, but staff were conscientious in trying to get a mobile air-conditioning unit working. Food plentiful, lovely setting, drinks slow in coming due to lack of ice! Lovely characterful pub in a beautiful setting.

The Cutty Sark has been a firm favourite for decades. The mezzanine is now set for dining at lunchtime rather than just drinking. The staff and food were great but was not impressed with the web-based menu which required tedious sign-up and logon; we spent the first 40 minutes of a romantic lunch break just jumping through hoops online to see the menu. Finally gave up and asked for the hard copy. A lunch break offline is also an aspiration for some people.

Lovely place, dog friendly and great atmosphere, as well as fantastic views. It was very busy (on a Sunday) so service was a little slow but understandable, definitely need to book for a Sunday. The roast was lovely, but the sticky toffee pudding was a little bit of a let down, the sponge was huge, but a very small scope of ice cream and not enough toffee sauce, so by the time you get to the middle of the sponge you have to have it dry.

Good price, great location in Greenwich. Stopped for a beer and sandwich. Broccoli 🥦 side dish was delicious

Very average experience. Booked a table for anniversary but ended up sharing with some smoking guests right next to us. Told us to order through the app but didn’t bother explain in details at all. We then asked to sit inside and order with the staff which was accommodated at least. The starters were okay, hummus lacks a little seasoning, duck salads was tasty but needed a tad more dressing. Mains were also average, the plaice was served soaked in the oily dressing. No flavour at all. The burger was slightly overcooked , as we didn’t get asked how we would like our burger. The potatoes on the side were nice. The vegan risotto was delicious tho. All in all, it was a very average experience . The staff could have been more friendly at the beginning. Would only come back for a drink with the view , definitely not for dinner.

Good gastropub. Classic British dishes such as venison steak made well. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere queit and relaxed.

We were celebrating a special occasion and The Captain's Room at the Cutty Sark Pub immediately sprang to mind. We had the room to ourselves, which was intimate and has literally the most stunning view in London! Superb atmosphere with views over the Thames, with London skyscape behind. Service was discrete and attentive to all our guests needs. Food on the Captain's menu was excellent and evocative, with good choices for all tastes. One of our guest had complex dietary restrictions and her needs were met with personal interest from the Chef. We had such a memorable evening. Thank you!
