I
was
looking
all
over
Edinburgh
for
a
vegetarian
Sunday
roast.
I
could
not
believe
how
difficult
that
turned
out
to
be!
Luckily
for
me
Greyfriars
Bobby’s
came
through.
They
had
a
delicious
nut
roast
bursting
with
flavor,
roast
carrots,
parsnips,
potatoes,
crispy
kale
and
a
Yorkshire
pudding.
The
entire
meal
was
spectacular,
my
only
critique
would
be
the
gravy
was
a
little
bland.
I’d
recommend
adding
a
little
red
wine
to
give
it
that
extra
twist.
My
dad
has
his
haggis
(not
pictured)
and
enjoyed
that
as
well.
The
desserts
were
also
good,
but
I
think
the
main
dishes
were
the
best.
I
LOVED
the
elderflower
cider
and
am
hoping
I
can
find
it
in
a
shop
back
in
Oxford.
It
was
very
fruity
and
the
elderflower
was
very
strong.
Overall
a
great
meal
and
a
nice
location.
I
was
glad
to
see
that
they
had
several
interesting
vegetarian
(and
I
think
one
vegan)
dishes.
All
too
often
veggie
fare
is
typically
a
veggie
burger
or
a
salad,
so
it
was
nice
to
see
some
variety,
and
more
importantly
a
good
meal.
I
definitely
recommend
this
place.
It’s
pretty
regularly
priced
in
my
opinion,
definitely
not
as
cheap
as
Spoons
but
it’s
not
horribly
expensive
either.
Thumbs
up
from
me.
