We visited Reading university yesterday on it's open day tour. Lovely atmosphere, from the moment you arrive till you leave you feel at ease. Everyone is very helpful engaging and trying their best. The library is very impressive and stretches over 5 floors. I really had a good experience and can't fault it . A good variety of food shops within the campus with lots of healthy food. The lecturers where engaging with prospective students. Keep up the good wirk guys. Well done.

A very big University, there are so many paths to walk, parks, lakes and ducks and it's very easy to reach the town centre of Reading. There are buses that go to the uni from the train station too and they don't take long. The Student Union building has a big hall and many restaurants and it even has a Korean store and bubble tea shop!! I came here to visit for few dance events and I always loved it! Later on I moved to Reading and although I didn't go to uni here, I would come just for the beautiful walks, buildings and relax spaces!

Will be paying 60,000+ for no lectures due to strikes and the pandemic. Uni cant even be bothered to change a name error on my certificate. Honestly, do not study here Universities are now acting like greedy businesses and have no interest in their students wellbeing or future. I just graduated and it is impossible to find well paid employment after graduating

A lovely campus with warm and we look students alike. It’s all sign posted as big as the campus is, no getting lost. The actual building architecture is of the original construction. Main graduation hall is beautiful.

Lovely environment. Free from litter, many bins to dispose of waste, easy to navigate site. Road and walkways well maintained. Plenty of benches etc to sit outside.

A serene environment, very welcoming and homely. Every section, location and department properly structured and well laid out. I recommend this citadel of higher learning to all who seek good university education and a befitting environment for it.

Rubbish. Money-grabbers. Ableist. Liars. Ironic the way they mistreat young people because CAMHS is on the campus. No accommodations for people with chronic disabilities. Really inappropriate behaviour. Avoid this university. Gardens are nice tho so I would visit those again. Library staff are often rude.

Amazing place!! In the middle of a park, lake, acreas of land, where everything is within the campus, best place for students to venture out, chill, work and broaden there horizons

What a great visit we had, very friendly and well organised open day. There were plenty of guides around and all happy to show us around or answer questions. There was a coach to take us to and from the station and we had a refreshment voucher!

Final year Marketing student here. Lovely campus and great accommodation where I stayed in first and final year (Bridges Halls). Teaching was great, especially from Aki Karim, an exceptional lecturer who is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, inclusive and went out of his way to offer support and encouragement to myself and other students. He's clearly a real asset to the University and I imagine, a fantastic mentor.

My beloved alma mater. Lots of good memories of the university and town; writing this is making me reminisce and nostalgic. You can't go wrong with pursuing your higher eduction at Reading. Strategically located close to London (less than an hour by train), it offers the best of both worlds - city and country living. A fantastic place to retire in as well!

I had the time of my life in this university. Is full of International people and loads of things to do. Loved it with all of my heart. I don’t think anything will ever top the feeling of being in this city.

Just a brief meeting on the Whiteknights Campus. It seems a very spacious well maintained Campus with good Sports facilities. I will definitely return for a closer look & enquire about the sports facilities available to the public.

Very good university for postgrad. They were quite flexible during the covid and the hybrid teaching was definitely perfect for me

Re: Duardo Ibarra, it's evident that while he might have an impressive academic track record, his talents seemingly fall short when it comes to engaging and enlightening students. Attending his lectures feels like embarking on a voyage destined for the Bermuda Triangle of comprehension—a journey into the abyss of wasted time. Whether his brain operates at warp speed or he's simply lost in the Bermuda Triangle of effective communication remains a mystery. However, what is clear is that deciphering his peculiar speech patterns often feels like trying to translate hieroglyphics after a particularly rough night out. A waste of money and time. The institution can do better.
