I like Indian food. Always happy to try something new! To be honest! Chicken was dry and lamb chewy 🤷‍♀️. I think the lamb must be dissolve in the mouth 😋!

The restaurant, running from decades now, has a very nice ambience. Being an Indian myself, I would have preferred a little spicier food, but I assume it has been customised to the local taste. The breads could have been better. The staff was really hospitable and very attentive - that's my reason of adding one star. The presentation was nice..with food dishes served on a stand with candles, to keep it warm. Price wise the place is reasonable with regards to other places in the vicinity.

So had 5 friends round for a takeaway away. Couldn't be bothered to ask who fancies what so decided on a budget of £15 each called the day before to see if they could do a taster selection discussed the dietary preferences not too hot or spicey etc. Not only was the food supplied first class there was more than enough and as we collected brought in for £10pp. Everyone greatly impressed.

Absolutely amazing food, the onion Bhajis were some of the best I’ve ever had and the lamb bhuna was simply brilliant

The restaurant was unbearably hot as they don’t turn the air conditioning on! Our whole group were all glad to leave and get some fresh air. The food was good but rather slow to be served.

Great food, excellent service, good prices. Having tried a number of restaurants in the local vicinity, I have to say this is one I have found to be consistent with the quality and taste of their food. The staff also provide great service and are very friendly. Don't confuse this restaurant with the one in Sunninghill as they are two completely different operations.

Called in here on the way home from work with my husband, just to see if they had any last minute availability as it was Valentine’s Day. We were not disappointed! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was beautifully presented and tasty. It was our first visit, but certainly won’t be our last. Thank you so much!

I had dinner here with my work colleagues a couple months ago and couldn't recommend the restaurant enough. The food and service was impeccable. I highly recommend the onion bhajis.

Great all round Indian restaurant, my first visit. I was made welcome, food was good and service was excellent. Food is traditional Indian or old school Indian, place clean and good selection fo drinks. If you like traditional Indian food this is the place in this area.

Staff are nice. Food wasn't good at all. Tasted like any normal non authentic Indian. Food was way too sweet and full of oil. Fizzy drinks served were flat. The struggle to find a decent Indian place nearby is real!

A dreadful evening there, that I had to warn others about. Just the facts, without emotion: General terrible service: - my first drink was not the whiskey I ordered (but I gave them the benefit of the doubt) - did not clear our 1st course for a full 28min after we finished - when I called the waiter (small bald guy) he put his hand up and rudely said "wait", manager later promised to but it still took some 10min more - when serving new plates for mains, same SBG used his bare hands to pick off specks before giving it to us (we sent it back) - brought our dish out with chicken rather than lamb - when pointed out they replied "I'd keep it as a new one will take some time now" - to be fair they took that dish off the bill themselves, but when I told the manager I would not be paying the service and why, did not acknowledge or apologise and just took payment silently and walked off - in reality the place has a bustling takeaway trade that dominates their attention over seated diners Extra remarks if you are of Indian origin: - not authentic food - I totally understand it has to be anglicised for the local community, but this was way more than I'd ever experienced in my 45 years - has embarrassing sitcom type staff that pander to their white guests at the expense of you.... - The Spice nearer the station, although not great, is better than this place.

Me and my family have been coming here for years and I can't think of a time we have had a bad experience. Great food, fantastic service and all at a good price!

Food was ok. Unfortunately the lamb and chicken were a bit tough, the naans we ordered were also a bit burnt. I was disappointed that we ordered papadums and no dips were included. Everywhere I normally order from would include these for free by default.
