Absolutely disgusting meal. Swimming with grease and the "lamb" I think is goat. Rice like bullets stale poppadoms soggy namn bread and to top it all off a hair was found in the food. Which looked to us not off someone's head. Either a greasy beard or pube! The manager imrahn is a person to avoid. Confrontational and rude. AVOID *****

Food made me really ill for three days .Indian is my favourite dish but will never order from these food poisoning amatures ever again. Ruined me weekend and had the cheek to charge me 40 quid lol. don't do it

A great place to head for a night out. great atmosphere and nice food. I only have 3 criticisms which are a) The range of food selection. The Indian is an all you can eat Indian buffet where you take your plate and choose your own meal however there is not an awful lot to choose from. b) The service. The service is in some aspects good but in also very slow. me and my family had to wait for almost 10 minutes before a member of staff came to see us to take any additional orders such as drinks and side dishes. c) The location. I know this has no relation to the quality of the restaurant however it i extremely difficult to park in a secure location that is not too far from the restaurant. In conclusion The Indian is a nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere.

We had not eaten at The Indian for about three years but had always enjoyed food there previously but decided to try a few other places pre covid. We decided to go again this evening and we were so glad that we did. The food and service was first class. We had onion bahji to start with then lamb rogan Josh and butter chicken with coconut rice and mushroom rice. Also had a peshwari naan that was to die for. Would highly recommend as one of the best for Indian cuisine in Northwich. The place is tastefully decorated, nice background music and very clean. Too busy eating to take photos! We will be back as regulars once more.

Fab all you can eat buffet every Sunday. We visit regularly. Recommended. Buffet choices are changed each week . All enjoyable. Great staff too. 👍

Ordered a pick, up lady on reception was lovely shame about the GENT that past me my order, to get it home and discover only a simple mistake they had made on dips, i rang through to be told i could go bk for them, or MAYBE they might be dilivered. Tucking into my main wooooow, spicy butter rubbery chicken, went in the bin will be goin to bombay quay from now on

Always 1st class food in here top place and very good prices and first class staff

After initially having a poor experience due to an order not arriving, i was contacted by Ahmed at the restaurant to apologise and with a good will gesture. While I can't comment on the food yet, I'll be trying again in the future since the 'the Indian' did come highly recommended and they appear to take customer service seriously.

Cold. Round the corner from where I live. Disappointed. The food was sub standard. And I felt ill the next day. That's why food is meant to be hot... To kill germs. Never again.

We visited for the Sunday buffet. The food was all delicious and actually had a curry which was quite hot, which was great. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Ordered chips n a salad at 7pm for collection. Lettuce n onion only as allergic to cucumber n tomato. Got salad with tomato n cucumber! N didn't get it till 725pm!! Not impressed at all

A Sunday buffet so bountiful, it forced me into a sleep coma at home for many hours! Delicious, and great that they have draught beer. I recommend this place.

Disappointed with the food. The chicken in the curry was an unusual texture which wasn't good. The tandoori meal arrived without salad and lamb chop had a word with the waiter brought out salad but a wait of 15 mins before chops arrived (they gave us an extra one to make up for their mistake) They were very greasy chewy and inedible. The meat in the tandoori meal was tasteless and extremely tough. The place was empty by 9.20 on a Saturday night. Needless to say we paid and left will not be returning

Worst Indian I've ever had. Got the set meal for 2. Tasteless, sauces had split. Potatoes stone cold tasting of water. Honestly would rather have had a ready meal from Tesco. Very disappointed.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Arrived 20 minutes after the given time, food was barely warm. Both meals, Tandoori King Prawn Masala and Chicken tikka balti, lacked meat and had huge chunks of onion covered in lots of sauce. Very poor.

Lovely food and nice staff. We didn't feel rushed to order and eat as you do in other places.
