Its good place to chill and have your taste buds for Indian food satisfied. Was crowded when we visited. Food taste was ok, quantity in main course was good, in fact can serve two. Waiters were friendly and Indian . Overall pleasant experience.

Loved the restaurant like something. It was like an oasis for me in Glasgow. Their food is really awesome and was perfectly curated for my expectations. Mr. Singh was there to check if everything was really OK. Infact, it was an fantastic experience. At the last, they gave a picture framed of all those who ate and paid the bill. 🤣

Fantastic services and food, one of the best Indian restaurants in Glasgow. great and polite waiters and waitress and brilliant service. I love Indian foods, but in this restaurant food was absolutely delicious, we ordered mixed tandoori for two persons. For sure will be back and recommend it to my friends.

We booked for the pakora making masterclass and were pleasantly surprised. The 3 course meal after was large and filling (so much so they let us take away a doggy bag!). They even gifted us a photo of the day. Great service.

I had an excellent meal here last night. The food was really well prepared and fresh and the service was friendly, efficient and attentive without being fussy. Mr Singh's own lager was excellent too and is the perfect accompaniment to the food. Taking a photograph, framing it and gifting it to new guests is a very nice touch. Highly recommended.

My wife's Haggis burger was a lot tastier than my cheese burger. This place came to me highly recommended so I intentionally tried to get the burger that would let me taste the meat patty the most. While it was tasty it was not the best I've had by a long shot. This could be because of the burger I chose though and I am happy to give them another shot. Their cheese fries on the other hand were very good.

Wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the burger to be honest. Got the haggis and chicken option but the chicken was really dried out unfortunately. Chilli fries were nice enough, could have done with some more.

This by far is the kind of burger joint that you will not be disappointed with. The price is only a little more than your typical fast food joint, but the burger you get, is amazing. Granted it's not a fancy gourmet burger, but it certainly tastes phenomenal, and is far cheaper than a gourmet burger joint.

Portion size was pretty small, service was pretty neglectful - staff never came by to check we were enjoying our meal after it was served, and never came by to collect our payment once we requested the bill - but worst of all, our chicken wings were rather bloody on the inside, so we requested them to be taken off the bill. They did get removed from the bill, which was fair enough, but not before the manager came over to attempt to convince us that it wasn't blood, and was in fact "marrow". Sure thing, pal, tasted a lot like blood.

A wonderful restaurant for genuine Indian cuisine. Staff were delightful, attentive & a picture of your group presented in a frame to take away is a lovely touch. As for the food, it was delicious. A party of 4 with starters, mains & a round of drinks came to £100, which is great value for quality food & excellent service

Very friendly staff. The food was amazing. We are curry lovers and we often eat curry. We had the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Rogan Josh. We highly recommend this Indian Cuisine. Alse Mr Singh came by for a little talk with us. Sorry for the photo, I already started eating before i took the photo. I couldn't wait to taste the curry.

Decided to try this place. 1st impressions was good nice friendly staff. The menu is different to other Indian restaurants but you have to try. I ordered chicken chat starter 3 drumsticks in a spicy sauce really good, Mrs had tikka also good. Mains came mine was cold so had to complain hers was OK and she really liked the lemongrass rice but wasn't struck on her choice of curry and to be honest nor was I but Hay Ho it's different. The boss came to see if all was OK and told him about cold main to which he was apologetic but that was as far as it went a small discount would have been better??? We won't be going back as its not our type of curry house.

Lovely food, great atmosphere, came for a birthday while visiting friends in Glasgow and was perfect for a special occasion. We even got a printed out photo of our group which was lovely. Came with two children (age 4 and 6) they loved the food and the staff were really friendly. Rotis slightly overpriced which was our only negative!

Honestly the best dining experience we had in Glasgow. Fantastic food, but their family was incredible. Multi-generation, so inviting, courteous, warm and welcoming. I would make a trip to Glasgow just for Mister Singh’s. Truly a honor and a privilege to spend an afternoon with them. Couldn’t recommend more. 5 stars.

♤ Mister Singh's is a great place to go for a proper flair of Indian Cuisine. ♡ The welcome is warm and personal. The service is efficient, polite and always accommodating. ◇ I believe Mr Singh himself tended to our experience by suggesting different dishes to try and allowing a mixture of different ingredients to make our visit that bit extra special. ♧ Needless to say the food is impeccable and we shall be heading back again!

This was the best Indian I have been to. Lovely friendly staff and the food was amazing. This is also the best restaurant I have been to for Covid security. There was a temperature check at the door, staff wearing masks, hand sanitiser everywhere and I could see staff cleaning really well including menus. I will be going back.

Had a takeaway from here tonight and it didn't end well. The quantity is alright but taste wise its no no. Ordered palak Paneer which was way too garlicky and pulav rice wasnt cooked well too. Peshawari naan had mainly only coconut filling. It's sad that I didn't get for the price I paid. Will I order again from here? No.

I'm actually shocked at how overrated this place is. It's a total joke. I ordered a fried chicken burger, and it was pink inside! I showed this to the staff and they offered to make me another. This time I opted for the grilled chicken burger as I felt that was less likely to be undercooked. Thankfully this time the grilled burger was actually edible but barely so. It was so unbelievably bland. I sat shocked that people had even recommended this place to me. The chilli cheese fries were actually nice but the burgers themselves were awful. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want an uncooked burger and have no working tastebuds.

(Translated by Google) We have come to this burger joint by chance, and the truth is that it has pleasantly surprised us. I have to say, we don't speak English very well, but the waiter has been a charm and has done everything possible for us, since there is an added problem, and that is that I am lactose intolerant. He has made sure to choose an option for me that meets that requirement. The burgers were amazing! We will repeat for sure! Repetiremos seguro!

The best burgers I've had and it's a good price for it. Only complaint would be the sides were over priced and the halloumi fries where so packed with rosemary it was all I could taste for hours, other wise the food was all very tasty and the staff were very friendly!

My mum and her friends went to this restaurant for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon during the festive season. There was a large group of men nearby having a Christmas party and making an awful lot of noise echoing throughout the eatery. There was no effort made by the staff to quieten down this group to allow customers such as my mum and her friends to have a chat and enjoy their meal. They were unable to hear each other the whole time. They were also told that the clay oven wasn't working so the staff offered to make chappatis and puris instead which were simply a disaster - dripping with oil and as crispy as a poppadom. When they complained, they were offered no apology or any form of compensation e.g. a voucher, complementary dessert or anything similar. They were instead told 'we don't offer traditional puri or traditional breads' which is nonsense as my family have been here before and they most certainly did. They will be taking their custom elsewhere from now on and the entire experience really let my mum down as she was the one who recommended it to her friends.

What a beautiful restaurant in Glasgow. You can find some gems 💎 here. A family run business fusing Indian and Scottish food and furnishings. Oleg and Rocky run a fabulous show here with excellent waiters and chefs. Food is spot on with much choice. Navdeep was superb looking after us. Ensure you book in advance and you must try the haggis in an Indian restaurant.

  • 4/5 Frederik L. 2 years ago on Google
Had an incredible meal here. I enjoyed the haggis panoramic and then poppadom with spiced onions were refreshing. The keema was great but on the tomatoey. Had a creamy saag on with chicken tikka that was very soothing. The lamb tikka that was in their signature dish was weirdly smoky but the sauce was exquisite. Lovely staff overall wonderful experience would definitely return.

The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful, welcome and attentive. One of the Singh clan went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience, even taking and framing a photo for us and giving us a discount. It was a lovely meal before a gig at the Hydro so the location is brilliant and convenient. The starters of poppadoms and dips were good and the mains were also very well cooked and flavorful. I have no faults at all with the food and the service was pleasant as well!
