Burger & Lobster is a well achieved concept. It was our first time at the restaurant and the lobster was cooked to perfection and all the the flavours were making the lobster shine. Even the drinks suggest by the team were spot on! Thank you

The lobster and chips were delicious. I kept requesting for more fries as it was fresh and nice at no extra charge. The lobster burger was tasty as well. Thanks to the male waiter - can’t remember his name he went extra mile for the service. At the end I realized we actually paid fee for service charge added to the the receipt. Overall the total price we paid worth it considering the rents of restaurants at canary wharf (West India quay), lobsters etc.

How can you not love Burger & Lobster? I had the pleasure of dining at West India Quay and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu offered a great variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Lobster pasta, which was cooked to perfection and had the perfect balance of flavors. The service was top-notch and staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided great recommendations and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the meal. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional and I will definitely be returning soon!

The team here is lovely! Four of us had the combo for 2s and it was a great option. Lobster rolls were still the best. Although the lobster size was smaller than before but well..inflation. Overall really enjoyed the meal and esp the cheesecake at the end!

Celebrated my friend's birthday here. Was an amazing experience, food and drink was reasonably priced and had a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. My partner and I had the roll combo to share and it was definitely enough. The lobster roll was delicious, I've had lobster quite a few times but never in that way. Overall I have nothing bad to say and would go back in a heartbeat. I gave 4 stars because they cant seat groups larger than 8 which meant our group of 12 had to be seated separately.

My second time coming to this branch and it was a delight as usual. Always receive a warm welcome and service. Having the Holy F**k sauce and butter sauce on the lobster roll is just to die for. I am coming back again on the weekend and will be ordering extra rolls to takeaway on top. Burger is always cooked to perfection. Have encouraged friends that haven’t been, to try and they come back to me mind blown.

Absolutely delicious lobster roll and burger!! Lovely, succulent lobster, the fries are very moreish and their garlic butter dip is truly to die for. With their great location with plenty of outside seating this is the place to be. They are also happy to let you take away what you can't finish and gave us a nice sturdy cardboard box to put our burger in. Thumbs up all round!

I'm a pescetarian, so no reviewer of the steaks here. Visiting for a business dinner. I had the truffle chips which were delicious, crisp outside, fluffy inside and a perfect truffle flavour. The plant based burger was smokey taste, which I wasn't expecting. It had lots of cheese and pickles. It was nice enough, but slightly drier than most I've had. Probably a tad overcooked. I was asked if wanted vegetarian or vegan cheese which was a good call. I had a clean G and T which is alcohol free with elderflower tonic, elderflower cordial and mint. That was perfect and a great taste. My main fault was that I waited over 30 minutes before I even got a glass of water. I asked twice, 2 different people, and then even though the rest of the table had a glass it took a third time before I got it. We hadn't even been asked if we wanted to order drinks in this time either. Very slow.

I've been here 4 times in the last 7 days), I like everything, the rolls and burgers and lobsters. I definitely recommend visiting. The service is always excellent, today I was served by Silvia, I liked everything very much.

The first time I tried Lobster and I absolutely loved it! The prices were pretty reasonable too and the ambience lovely. We ordered the half lobster combo platter which came with a 5oz burger and a half lobster (I chose the grilled option) which was perfect for 2 people. The salad that accompanied this meal was crispy and had a really tasty dressing. Desiree from the Canary Wharf branch was our server and she was the sweetest lady ever. Thank you Desiree.

Not disappointed at all! We have done Burger and lobster binney street/bond street quite a few times so we decided to try another location! They did not disappoint! Staff as usual were very friendly, makes you feel relaxed. The food...amazing! The butter sauce for the lobster is the cherry on the cake. The dressing on the salad makes it sort of a delicacy that you want to take slow breaths with your eyes closed while eating! The walk in and out of the restaurant is also breathtaking and makes it a perfect location for couples to dine.

this restaurant is not bad it has good customer service but in reality the food is quite expensive for what they serve. the lobster croquettes were delicious but the price was ten pounds for four small balls also the cook should know the points of the meat I ordered my meat medium and the waitress told me that medium is very raw the meat I accepted and in actually it is quite raw that is not a middle point in any other restaurant apparently they only handle two points of meat rare and well done the latter is quite dry this place apparently is famous for the lobster burger and it really is not great thing to the hamburger they put a small piece of lobster and the meat could be worked better the lobster hamburger since it is the special hamburger of this place in a few words if you are looking for a good hamburger restaurant this is not the best

Good food and service. Chill vibe. The lighting doesn't look nice when taking photos on people or food, this likely may affect their business as people nowadays like taking photos and put them on Internet for sharing.

My review will be a little bit twisted! I have eaten at B&L at some of the larger venues before! I love their food, and would recommend it hands down! The food is well portioned and worth the price (BTW menu price was accurate of time of posting). I didn't take a shot of the drink menu. So I will apologize for that. Being in an area where there are multiple choices for food literally steps away, B&L is a great choice. There is a Spoons a few yards away (I did not go there). Price is on point with this scale of restaurant. This is a smaller B&L venue, so it might feel a little cramped. The food was great! There are no complaints there! Overall, it is a great place to eat in Canary Wharf. My issue was with ONE member of staff. We were a group of 4 with an infant. The lady assigned to our table, basically did nothing! We had to ask her to take our order. Then the order was not complete. She disappeared and a wonderful lady named Silva took care of us, from that point. There was a service charge that we paid, but tried to tip Silva separately, and she said she couldn't accept it. Had I known! If you go to B&L Canary Wharf, ask for Silvia! She will take care of you!

Our waitress (can’t remember her name) was helpful, helping us to choose our meals from the menu. We ended up choosing classic lobster x 2 and a bottle of wine, the service was great , good atmosphere and foods were nicer than expected , will return again !

The overall experience was superb. Our server Abdul, was very professional, delivered a friendly service and goes above and beyond to make the night really enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you. We would highly recommend this restaurant. And would happily come again.

Excellent restaurant and Ideal location in Canary Wharf. Staff always welcoming and friendly. I often come in B&L everywhere and I had the opportunity to talk with the chef Christian who explained and advised me about the dishes, that I didn’t know. It was excellent, thanks. See you soon! Food was great as always. We had the tempura prawns and classic lobster meal with tropical and mojito mocktails. The venue is lovely, though a bit short on space. So you may feel cramped in certain areas but we asked to be moved and within minutes the request was granted I'm not sure why they serve the starter and main together now. By the time you get to the main it isn't hot anymore. It was still nice, just not fantastic as it isn't hot enough. Overall, it is an enjoyable dining experience for small groups, individuals and couples alike.

Food was amazing, prices are ok, atmosphere was lovely, their calamari is so delicious 😋, best oysters I've had, oh and the lobster meal 😋

Situated very conveniently near West India Quay DLR, Canary Wharf DLR AND Elizabeth Line, Burger & Lobster is very accessible. Every single employee (from reception to server) were genuine in their warmth and positive politeness, it was truly amazing. Unfortunately the lobster was limited (two weight categories were unavailable) but i still got a wonderful dinner of steamed lobster! I do miss the days just a few years ago where their meals were £20 - now almost doubled in price. But I willingly paid and with no regrets!

We were served by a lovely waiter maned Victor! He was friendly and took the experience to another level. Service with a smile. I had the steamed lobster and it did not disappoint! Perfect. The oysters where huge and fresh..totally will go again and the cocktails are also really good.

We had lobster roll and lobster cesar salad which were both delicious. The complimentary chocolate fondant for my birthday was also very tasty. We were served by Eddie who was so nice and friendly (and helpful in cracking open our lobster claw). It was a lovely dinner.

Highly recommend this place. The service was perfect and the food was even better. The staff even gave me a little birthday cake as a surprise. I got the lobster roll and chicken burger... I was not disappointed. The cocktails topped that but I forgot to take a picture. Definitely worth trying this place out if you don't know where to go. Oh can't forget about the calamari as a starter... that was soo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Excellent service by Eddie as always. The smile the politeness and the warmth he makes me and my Mrs feel. As we recently lost a child and my Mrs going through a lot of health issues, to see someone with a great smile like Eddie helps a lot. Thank you Eddie. He even took some time to take us some pictures.

Food is nice as usual. Steak was my favourite. Can add another patty to the burger but no need to as large enough already.

Eddie was such a great waiter tonight. It was our first time here and he was very attentive from the moment we sat to our table to when we left. He gave a great recommendation for the cocktails and gave a great demo of how to break the lobster claw. Next time we visit we would hopefully be able to request him as he made it such a great experience! The food was lovely, leaves you satisfied and not awkwardly full. We’ll visit again :)

Sonia's service is so sweet. When she quietly realized that my black truffle chips weren't being eaten properly -- because the truffle powder had settled on the bottom -- I didn't notice until after I'd eaten the chips. I didn't complain or anything, but she came over and apologized and made up for it with a dessert. Thank you, Sonia. Your carefulness and concern are admirable.

Nice experience. The lobster (grilled) was a bit bland and burnt in places, but not too badly. I wouldn't particularly recommend it. The burgers were very nice and tasty. The interior is nothing special, but what makes the place stand out is the service. Our server Desiree was extremely kind and genuine - even with customers that were being plain rude at the table next to us.

The service was really nice by Ana, she made sure that we was okay a few times during our eating time. And made really good suggestions. The atmosphere was really good, and the cocktails were really nice and the food was 10/10

Tatiana and the whole team are so inspiring; incredibly attentive and professional, they put you at ease and make you excited for the dining experience from the moment you step through the doors.
