Jeff was our oh so professional and kind waiter. He had a great and pleasant personality. Super down to earth and excellent in service with our order. He knew the menu and what was available for us to enjoy. Jeff is top notch and so was the front desk staff that suggested we come back for live jazz on Thursday evenings. The food was tasty. The crab cake could have been a bit better but overall everything was delicious. The cheese cake was a special treat we enjoyed. Thanks Jeff, Indigo hotel staff and Poets Modern Cocktails & Eats. We had an enjoyable evening 😊

The blueberry griddle Pancakes were delicious and the Greek Wrap was great. The coffee was great as expected and our server was very nice. We had vouchers for breakfast provided through our reservation with the Indigo hotel that the restaurant is in.

Located right by Peabody Music school and inside the Indigo Hotel. I had the cheese cake and It was extremely rich and authentic. Also had wings and they were great. This is a good meeting spot for friends and colleagues in that part of town.

We came back to the hotel bar looking for a whiskey cocktail. We couldn’t decide what we wanted, so the wonderful bartender Hunter made us an old fashioned flight, completely off the cuff. Each one was amazing.

Super impressed with the Crab Sandwhich paired with a cool beer recommendation by JR. D

Went to a birthday party and enjoyed a fun night in the library and in Poets. The burger I ordered was cooked perfect. They have a nice selection of draft beers. It’s a very nice atmosphere there. I also stopped by the restaurant prior to an Orioles game this past weekend. Poets is a nice place for happy hour and a casual dinner.

The vibes were great, Food was delicious. Watch the 1st half of the Super Bowl here after attending an event on the other side of the hotel

Crab Cake is very much sure menu πŸ¦€πŸ₯Ÿ, really tasteful 100% packed crab-ball. Both pasta also a must. I forgot to take Crab-dip, but also a must starter. Hotel restaurant provides fantastic service.

We went there with my daughter and her boyfriend. Nice place! They had a jazz group and they were very good!

It's just a basic hotel restaurant, I was thinking it would be more upbeat but on a Sunday evening the bartender was running the entire place. He did a good job, but I can't imagine food service is a priority for the restaurant with just one employee helping tables and managing the bar. Drinks were good and the ambiance is enjoyable, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. I think this is more for their hotel guests than it is locals looking for a fun spot.

Hotel guest and had breakfast omelette. Very quickly later had a bout of mild diarrea. Sorry, food hygiene not good for me.

Had a great time. Wasn't too busy, waitstaff wasn't very knowledgeable of their product, but they were courteous and hardworking, none the less. Would go back again.

I enjoyed my drink...I believe it was a Bartender's Handshake No.5. It was so yummy πŸ˜‹ well balanced, not too sweet and smooth

Wonderful pretty cocktail ambience! Luxurious velveteen wing back chairs with window views. Safe parking building across the street. Waiter Scott was professional and courteous! Interesting literary themed named cocktails. Who could ask for anything more?

Pricy but to be expected. Drinks were worth it. And the chicken Caesar salad was yummy.

The seasonal cocktails were mixed perfectly by the mixologists. Fresh ingredients and creative ideas. The wings were flavored and cooked well, but they were tiny. The menu is not extensive and leans more to light fare than substantial meals. They work well with what they offer.

Scott was great, but Shavan(sry if I spelled it wrong) doe was amazing, amazing personality, attentive, and fantastic bartending skills. Came in before a show to grab a couple drinks. Expresso martinis on point! 10/10 would recommend!

We attended specifically for the Thursday night jazz they do weekly. We booked a reservation through Open Table but it wasn't packed. Parking is across the street and validated with the purchase of a meal. Our drinks were food were ok, great presentation but the flavors seemed to be a little lacking. Highly recommend the dessert and dessert drinks, the affogato was absolutely delicious! Overall the service and music was fantastic and we would come again.

My service was good and the place looks great but the food for brunch wasn't good at all I'll try lunch and dinner 1day to see how it is so I can leave a better rating but as of now I won't be returning for brunch
