The
largest
obstacles
standing
in
my
way
of
losing
weight
and
staying
healthy
were
always
“When,
What
&
How”.
I
had
lost
weight
over
the
years
but
was
struggling
to
stay
engaged
and
not
to
get
stagnant.
I
was
tired
of

same
old
routine

I

my
struggle
evaporated.
I

down

I
could
work
out
and
make
sure
I
carved
out
an
hour
of
my
day
dedicated
to
my
health
and
actually
looked
forward
to
it.
After
meeting
Coach
Lovell
&
the
team
at
3&D
the
WHAT
and
HOW
quickly
disappeared
as
well.
They
take
the
time
to
create
new
and
fun
workouts
and
make
sure
you
know
how
to
do
it
correctly
and
get
the
most
out
of
your
movement.
I
pushed
myself
to
another
level
at
3&D
and
I
think
anyone
would
succeed
with
the
support
system
you
have
behind
you
there.
Don’t
let
fear
of
the
unknown
stop
you
from
doing
what’s
best
for
YOU.
They’re
so
welcoming,
so
engaging
and
so
dedicated
to
helping
you
become

healthier

it

feel
