Always love everything here. Perfectly shucked oysters, an excellent burger, well balanced drinks, tasty dessert, and an awesome vibe. One of Baltimore’s best spots for sure

Sat at a high table and ordered a couple drinks which were good. Forgot to take a picture. We went right when they opened on a Friday so no wait. The staff was very friendly. We started with oysters and potato skins. I loved the oysters. The potato skins were cooked well. I got the burger after hearing how great it was. It was a pretty good smash burger. It’s simple and you can get ketchup, mustard, and Mayo on the side. I think the fish was cooked well. The oysters and drinks I think are the stars though. I definitely want to come back for more oysters, drinks, and maybe the steamer special when they have it again. I was just set on a burger this trip.

We visited Dylan’s Oyster Cellar this evening after being at the Brew at the Zoo event here in Baltimore. We are ‘out of towners’ and this place came up when we were in search of a place for raw oysters. Let me tell you, this place did NOT disappoint. We had zero wait, the place was extremely clean, the staff were super personable and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! Don’t worry guys we will be back for sure :)

First time here on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere and energy inside. Very good service. Coddies were impressive. NE Clam Chowder very fresh with a unexpected spice kick to it. Rainbow trout was fantastic. The standout was the cheeseburger & super crispy fries. Dylan was very welcoming & has this ship sailing smoothly!

Checked out Dylan’s for 1st time Halloween weekend. It was perfect from start to finish. Great atmosphere for a fun evening. Waitress recommendations for cocktails, oysters and main dishes were on the money!!! So good! We requested a private booth so we could talk more easily. Can’t believe we never tried this place before!

Definitely in my top 5 favorite Baltimore restaurants. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Best rotating oyster selection by far. Also best shuckers around, never any shell or anything, nice and clean. They also have one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. The rest of the menu rotates very regularly, but everything I’ve ever ordered has been phenomenal. They also flaunt a great drink menu with lots of delicious cocktails, wines and beers and a great happy hour.

Quite enjoyable experience! Love to take myself out to eat and new to the city so stopped by. Intimate level lighting with good array of table sizes. Cute bar and pretty booths. Ordered Anchovy starter which was a nice salty punch on soft French bread. The salad was very green and standard. Dressing was fresh! Not a standout but would get again. Had the fried sea bream and it was so delicious. Enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and really noticiable bones so easy to pick out. Nice to know they have no freezers and change the selection up. Rhubarb crumb cake was very tasty but think the rhubarb compote/sauce (?) needs a little more acidity to help with the neutrality of the cake. Enjoyed my gin martini as well!

The best! People, food drinks, vibe. It's easygoing and casual...but the food is really incredible. (Love that combo!) The kale salad or all kale salads. Fresh and ever changing selection of oysters. The burger, oyster stew, potato skins...all stellar. Even if you are not into oysters, you will love Dylan's.

Delicious and Friendly, as always! A small, select menu centered around oysters and seafood with a burger special that hits the spot. As the name states, Dylan's has a variety of oysters to choose from. Not an oyster pro? No worries! The knowledgeable staff and clear menu explanations will point you in the right direction. We highly recommend Dylan's!

Absolutely wonderful. Sat at the bar. A dozen freshly shucked oysters, a seafood salad and some fish 'n chips. Dinner for two.

Cozy romantic place for date night! Food was really good as well!! But I wish they had a few basic sides like pasta/rice to go with their entree size dishes (bread was really meh and was $2). They only have 2 (relatively spacious) booths so if you want to sit there make sure to ask when you make the reservation.

Dylan’s is Baltimore’s best oyster spot. The oyster selection is spot on, with representation for the best regions (PEI, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington state). There’s one oyster on the menu that’s particularly excellent: West Robins from New York.

Great set of appetizers, oysters from all over, and catches of the day to enjoy with good company. Lots of drinks through the night, just a bit hot outside with flies everywhere, so eat everything fresh!

Fantastic. Came here on the recommendation of a friend and it was great. Interesting signature cocktails. Nice variety of oysters. Best potato skins I’ve ever had and delicious sea bass. We will definitely be back!

From start to finish one of the best restaurants in Baltimore. The oysters are the finest I’ve had and sourced from a great selection of places. The wine selection was on point as well. Service was spot on and the atmosphere was just perfect. Overall great time!

Dylan’s is one of the best seafood restaurants in Baltimore. Great selection of oysters (even available unshucked to take home) with tasty mignonette and cocktail sauce. Fish and chips brought me back to days in Britain (fries were ok but fish was incredible). The mussel broth was so good we ordered more bread to soak it all up. Place has a solid selection of drinks - cocktails, wine and local beers. Staff and overall service is a 10/10. Our only issue with this place is we wish it was closer to Locust Point.

Was visiting Baltimore over the weekend, trying all the seafood the city had to offer. Showed up to Dylan’s right around 5 and it was already busy, but for good reason. We found a spot at the bar, watching the shuckers do their thing. The drinks and oysters were amazing and the staff was friendly and personable. Highly recommend putting Dylan’s in the itinerary, was one of the best stops of the weekend!

This place has character and a small part of that is delicious, fresh, locally sourced food. This is my favorite restaurant in Maryland and I think their oyster selection is the best in state as well. Staff is very knowledgable of dishes/ingredients are are super friendly, charismatic, and interesting. I love the style of everything in Dylans. 10/10 would recommend. Everything on the menu is amazing.

We’ve been coming here for years and always have a fantastic meal. The butterflied trout is my favorite dish in the city. My wife and I don’t drink so we appreciate the attention paid to non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails on the menu. Tonight we had the valentines special (classic surf and turf), it did not disappoint. Dylan’s is as authentic as it gets. They have owners who care and it shows in the cozy atmosphere, the friendly and familiar faces of the staff, and the outstanding menu. I would be remiss not to mention they have the best selection of fresh oysters in Baltimore.

Food is amazing, servers were great. But we were there 1.5 hours for our (reserved) dinner and the hostess rudely came over to tell us that the next diners were there for our table. We had already paid and were clearly within minutes of leaving; there was no reason for it. I wish we hadn’t already paid and tipped before then, and probably won’t be back honestly. We have little kids and rarely get out for a date, so it was a bummer of an end to the night.
