My wife and I went there on our anniversary purely by dumb luck. I was looking for a place that served Yuengling Lager, which was a little harder than I expected tbh! But we stumbled upon this place with cold Lagers and air conditioning considering it was over 97 degrees that day! We came in and were treated like family right from the start. Not to mention it was buy 1 get 1!!!😁 Who doesn't like that, but I would recommend this place to everybody. It's still 1 of my favorite spots to hit when I'm in town!! The people who work here will remember you and are always good for a fun night out with none of the pretense of some other places. Usually playing rock or punk on the jukebox but plenty of times we have fun playing other unusual/unexpected tunes depending on the night.

Fortunately, an underappreciated spot in Fells Point—meaning often less crowded than other area drinking holes. ...& lower priced! My fav joint to chill at The Point.

My fave local bar! Some of the best bartenders. The pool table is one of the best in the local area within Fells.

Great place awesome bar staff. If you stop in ask if Iggy's working. He will always put a smile on your face. The rest of the staff are awesome too. I've never had a bad experience there.

The absolute best, sat and hung with Jeff the bartender for awhile. Interesting and friendly guy, great service, and even better recommendations. Will always be back when in town.

The bar is great, but they need to fix their pool system. We were in line for over an hour and the players would only let us play “winner”. Some people come with friends who would like to play. Bartenders wouldn’t intervene.

I wish their selection was a bit wider, but if you're looking for a quieter place in Fells where you'll still have a great time and receive excellent, friendly service like everyone's a regular- this is it!

Greg, Iggy, and Fabian are fells point staples. The Blarney is a chill vibe with great regulars. Always welcoming, this bar has dive bar atmosphere and sarcasm while not having dive bar idiosyncrasies.

bartender working 10/9 was extremely rude to our group. my colleagues and i were in town for a conference and wanted to find a casual place to grab drinks. at first i asked if they had a cocktail menu (most places do) and the bartender looked at me like i was insane and made a snappy remark. okaaay no worries, i asked if i could get a ranch water and he yet again was super snappy "we dont carry that here" and assumed it was a seltzer. its not, I tried explaining that it wasnt something to "carry" its literally just tequila, sparkling (or soda water) and lime juice. he continued to say "we dont do that here" which makes... zero sense? a bar that doesnt carry three basic ingredients? uhhh okay. I worked in the service industry throughout college (serving and bartending) so i usually give workers a ton of grace but this guy was just straight up rude. if you dont know what a drink is or how to make it, a good bartender usually asks for ingredients or does a simple google search. its not like i was asking for anything extreme... his attitude made the situation 10x worse. also important to note that this was on a monday night, the place was dead.
