City
Limits
is
not
your
average
neighborhood
sports
bar.
It
doesn’t
have
the
most
up-to-date
facilities
and
it
has
a
certain
gritty
feel
about
it-
which
is
typical
of
city-located
bars
in
the
Northeast.
And
it
is
a
little
bit
of
a
dive
bar.
But
what
it
does
have
is
fantastic
food,
a
great,
personable
atmosphere,
friendly
staff,
lots
of
large
windows
that
are
open
when
the
weather
is
ideal,
and
a
good
corner-side
location
on
the
main
drag
in
Locust
Point.
City
Limits
is
a
bit
of
a
hidden
gem-
food
at
bars
like
this
one
should
not
be
as
good
it
is
here-and
I’ve
never
had
food
this
good
at
any
bar
in
the
entire
Baltimore
area.
Period.
Even
the
fries
are
really
good.
I
especially
enjoy
the
Mac
and
Cheese
(which
can
serve
2)
and
the
pulled
pork
sandwich-
which
is
pretty
spicy.
If
you
go
to
this
place
in
Locust
Point,
you
likely
won’t
want
to
go
anywhere
else,
unless
you
don’t
like
noise,
especially
on
the
weekends-
which
this
bar
has
plenty
of,
because’s
it’s
super
popular.
