Unexpected gem with the best food you would have never expected within this festive environment. We came on a game day and one of the local professional sports team was in the building doing marketing. It was loud from people enjoying themselves, but the food being served around us looked and smelled amazing. I took one pic of some home fries I ordered to eat while my food was being prepared, and I’m sorry to say you might not get a pic because upon arrival I intend on destroying it. Either way check out this place, and I promise you won’t be disappointed in my new found gem!

It was good. Came with a group and they still allowed under age people to enter, but had to get their hand marked. I like sours and they were out of almost all of them

My best friend and I went here for Baltimore Restaurant Week. Did not disappoint. Very understated when you walk in but the food was amazing. The breadpudding beignets were 10/10.

Been here a couple times. Huge outdoor area that is pet friendly, which is nice. They also have a large indoor area. Haven't tried the food yet, but heard nothing but good things. Staff is super friendly as well! Edit: The food is all pretty amazing as well. Love everything about this place.

Great place-stopped in on my way through to DC for a late lunch. Still has the outdoor seating, pretty safe neighborhood. Got the French Dip sandwich and a few beers. Good and service were excellent. Not very crowded at 445 PM but steady. Great people watching! Have been coming here for a long time and will continue to stop in when I’m in BMore.

Good place to have brunch before the game. Nothing spectacular. My experience was just above a basic diner. The mimosas are 50/50 mix but they need to be more like 75/25 to be actually good.

Awesome night at Mother’s On The Alley. My wife and caught a great show with our dearest friends and we had a blast. The venue is small and intimate and it’s standing room only so make sure you get there early for a perfect spot. The food isn’t bad either, I had the burger and my wife had the wings, and both of our plates where cleaned by the time the show started😅😂😅 If your favorite band is playing here I recommend stopping by and catching the show!!

First time at Mother’s and won’t be our last. The vibe was so fun (everyone was excited for the Ravens game!), upbeat music, and lots of happy people. The food was delicious. I kind of expected typical bar food BUT our food far exceeded that. Delicious burgers and salads! Our waitress, Lindsay, was so friendly and accommodating. She was very attentive with a huge smile the whole time! We’ll be back very soon!

Ended up coming here instead of another breakfast spot due to the long line. It wasn’t what I was looking for aesthetically, but the breakfast satisfied my craving for pancakes. I got the Michael Phelps platter and it was just what I needed! Big plus to the potatoes that were done right! It’s been so hard to find good potatoes in the city.

The food is consistently great. It's pricey, but at least it's never a gamble on whether you'll enjoy it or not.

One of the OG stops in Federal Hill's drinking and food corridor. Mother's features a robust menu of American pub fare and a raukus weekend atmosphere for the 20 somethings crowd. Mother's also sponsors a number of recurring events like the Absolutely Dragulous drag brunch. This event sells out quickly but is a lot of fun, even for straight guys like myself with open minds. Appreciate the vibe, Mother's.

Visited Mother's for trivia on a Wednesday. Trivia is held in the back-half of the building where there is no draft system available. For food, we ordered a burger and the french dip. Both were surprisingly really decent. I especially liked the jus - it was extremely flavourful and well-seasoned. The chips tasted double-fried and a bit stale, so weren't my favorite. Someone else at our table got the boneless wings and noted they were way overdone & dry. With a menu so large, the inconsistency with some of the items doesn't surprise me. TL:DR: There are some good things to eat, but not everything's perfect. Eat in the front part of the building if you want draught beer.

Mothers was good 15 years ago and they are still GREAT today! Great service and atmosphere and their cheese steak sub is the best! I had the peach sangria and it was so refreshing on a 80 degree sunny afternoon!

Ordered delivery for a large group. One of the items was missing, so I called and they ran the remaining dish over right away! No fuss, no muss, just excellent customer service. And of course the food was delicious!!!! Love Mother's!

Chocolate Martinis were delicious 🍸, Jambalaya was good but not the best or New Orleans Style. Maryland Crab soup and Crab Dip were really good. Great environment for brunch or a friends’ reunion. Parking can be a struggle.

For sure, a fun spot to pregame at if there is a game! We got the tip from a local, and it definitely lived up to the reputation. There were multiple areas to party and drink! From the inside to the outside, it was a good time. Certainly a bit crowded, but you gotta go there knowing what you're getting into. The live DJ killed it, and it was a good Ravens fan experience. We ate prior to joining the party. The food was decent, and the potatoes stood out the most. They were perfect! Would for sure go back next time I am in town. Overall, I give Mother's Federal Hill Grille a 4 out of 5.

The food is amazing. I had the Fully Loaded Smash Burger 🍔 with fries. For dessert the Bread Pudding Beignets were amazing with vanilla ice cream.

This is THE place to be during ravens home games. Place is packed and electric! Staff and a very nice and accommodating. They put on the bills game for me the day they played after damar hamlin’s injury. Food is good. I just wish you guys had more of a small snack/munchie/appetizers menu for when I’m there with Volo. Like add pretzel bites and tator tots and cut every other appetizer in half for serving and make that into a side snack menu. More a nitpick than anything but the tv in the back right of the main area has been stuck on a greenish hue forever. Can you use the remote to fix it?

Great food, and great service. My family and I stopped here for dinner on a Sunday evening. I really enjoyed the crab cakes and my wife enjoyed her patty melt. The kids menu was great for our two daughters. Our waiter, Adam, did a great job and was always on top of things. We highly recommend Mother’s, and will be back in the future.

Order the chicken quesadillas. It was alright. Meat was kinda dry. The onions and peppers were largely cut not like most places. Didn’t have much flavor tbh.
