Worst service ever. My family was in town for a wedding and we called ahead for table of 12. On the phone we was told it will be an hour wait and when we got there the place was empty. They sat us within 10 minutes but the problem was once we sat, it took over 20 minutes until someone greeted us and by that time it we was getting up to leave and the greet was "why yall leaving, you just sat". No, we were seated for a min. Someone could have simply walked over to us and said someone will be with you in a moment. On top of that, the table next to us stated that the food was horrible. The only thing that was decent was the pot stickers, and they waited over an hour for food! Thanks for the heads up ladies.

Was okay. My food was excellent. Did have a problem with my drink order, had to go to the bar and have the bartender make me a fresh one. Service wait time was pretty decent for the time of day.

The food looked great, took two bites & pink inside! I specifically put “Well Done” on my order due to me having prior stomach issues. My stomach has been very uneasy all day. Hoping I don’t vomit 🤢 The caesar salad w/ranch was eh, ok. The “Iced Tea” that I thought was bottled, was restaurant made & a creamy coffee brown color & definitely not sweet AT ALL. 0/10!!!

Monday from like 5pm till 9 or 10 they have ten wings for five bucks. My buddy got a couple of mixed drinks while I got two blue moons. The bill was like 75 bucks for four orders of wings and for drinks. Hardly anyone was there.

Way better experience than the one we had in Towson. Service was great. Drinks where delicious and the food was hot and came out at a decent time.

The elote street corn was horrible. OMG! There was a huge chunk of I guess of cotija cheese which was disgusting. I normally love Elote Street Corn. I'm going to stick with Mexican made corn. I was on the fence with this order selection. I had to pick it all out and the corn had NO FLAVOR either. Just awful! The mashed potatoes were the same. I had to get a side of cheese & bacon because the dish barely had any on it. Unfortunately the bacon had absolutely no taste and was difficult to chew. Yuk! The lesson here is to stick with what you know.

Came here with my homegirls cause we like to eat. Our Host was James He was genuinely really sweet and understanding. 1000/10 and The Shift Manger Kevin heard I was little unhappy with my food and took time out of his night to remake my food for me . I honestly recommend this place food came out quicker than our drinks lol . Came around 10:15 pm

Came to the restaurant I had to wait 15 minutes in order to be seated. And then they told me I could sit at the bar I sat at the bar and it took a 10 minutes for us to even get drink. And then I asked him to sit me into a booth we sat in a booth and still haven't gotten served after 10 minutes later. Now I'm at the 35 minutes and all I got was a drink. Too much going back and forth and not enough assistance for the patrons. This place is pitiful and pathetic. The chicken wings were dried and hard; the ribs was hard and overcooked and that was the bucket of bones that I had gotten and I took a picture of it very unappetizing saying the least.

Took my partners order ,but ignored me. I would like to eat too. Left payment on the check, waited 15 minutes, walked out. How do you NOT pickup a check? This comes from a former food service worker. Don't feel bad about it at all. It wasn't busy, at all.

My server was the bomb but the service to recieve my food or drink was slow. You waited 20 mins to recieve either especially when you and your friends are the only ones in the restaurant it was only 7 of us at the time.

So they charge an svc charge, which was literally the same as 18% tip, my issue with this is my mother was there the day before I was and her receipt did not reflect the same charge and we could not get a straight answer about why my rec6had that charge. Also, their salsa was NOT salsa but spaghetti sauce like I don't know what is wrong with this restaurant, but NEVER AGAIN!

This is NOT a Margherita glass!!!! It took 15 minutes before anyone came to take my order. And the place is NOT crowded.

Great lunch with my colleagues. My dish, shrimp and chicken pasta was delicious. Highly recommend it!

Called this establishment three times to report that somebody hacked into my Friday’s account and placed an order. They “transfer” me and then the call drops. they are likely involved with these types of scams. So somebody enjoyed a nice meal for free. Garbage customer service

My food was fresh and my burger was delicious! Juicy actually. Almost three workers checked on me whether they had the table or not. That tells me teamwork matters there! Love that!

Service horrible. Waited 30 mins for a basket of fries. Manager is cooking in the kitchen because it’s only 3 cooks. Well I guess as a customer you have to pay both ways (time & money). Will never be back.

The food portion is too small!. The hostess was doing everything- it was too much for her. Making our to go drinks a group of 7 came in. Then a another 3 came in while she was gone....smh.

Went with a party of 8, service was pretty slow, but they got all our orders correct, and we never waited for refills. Only 1 of the 3 servers was doing anything. Food was okay.

I placed an order online for a bucket of bones with loaded mashed potatoes. Got home to find out I instead, only received whiskey glazed wings with loaded mashed potatoes. 😕

I will never order UberEats or any delivery services from this restaurant again! Its like when they know your food is being delivered they just throw it together. The wings were so small that it was barely any meat on them. The garlic parmesan wings was terrible, just regular wings with shredded (not grated) parmesan cheese thrown all over them. They NEVER bring me my sauce or put it in the bag. I am so sick of this Fridays. It's the worst one ever!

Ordered 12 wings and fries for delivery and this is what I received. Disgusting service and now I have to deal with a screaming crying kid because they delivered her grill trash instead of food. Thanks a lot 😔

I ordered the sample platter which comes with ribs, boneless chicken, and fried shrimp, my sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli. My food was hot and arrived at the exact time that it was supposed to.

The food was good but the customer service was awesome

I ordered the Apple Butter Rib meal! 👌🏾❤️ W/ a Strawberry Lemonade. My ribs! omg! Fell off the Bone!! They were Meaty & Far from Dry! My meat was cooked all the way thru. & for my order to be delivered, my drink was Fresh and Sweet! As if just ordered. Worth every penny & star.
