Great food but the atmosphere was lacking. The bulk of the tables were unavailable. We were greeted quickly and seated near the construction area. The waiters touched my food with bare hands on multiple occasions & cleanliness was lacking. Lots of hair in the back of house. Loved the nice security guard, no unsafe activity in The Cheesecake Factory!

I’m from the West coast and tried to eat locally while in Baltimore but I know the Cheese Cake Factory is always a safe bet. They are consistent all over the US. I had the oriental salad and my friend had the orange chicken. They were both good. Oh, and the salted Carmel cheesecake was delish!

unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience overall. Food was good, but everything else was not. we didn't have a reservation, so it was going to be about an hour wait. that's fine, we killed time by walking around the harbor. but the wait turned out to be two hours. when we finally got seated, we got placed in a booth that was obviously not designed for a group of 8. we managed to find a way to fit, but were very uncomfortable. the silverware and table were also noticeably dirty. thankfully some tables cleared next to us and they were willing to move us. the waitress did her best and I don't want to fault her. she visibly seemed like she was having a bad day, maybe due to stress or low staff, don't know. it took another 30 min after seating to finally get our food. the waitress did not come check on us except to take our order and at the end to see if we were done. getting the check and to go boxes took another 20 minutes. aside from the experience, the food was overall good, I had no issues with the taste, warmth, portion size, or price.

Fantastic experience all around. We didn’t make a reservation but only had to wait 30mins on a busy Sunday. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The service was on point and phenomenal, our server Cassie was exceptional. I would highly recommend the chicken and biscuits.

Entering the restaurant, the quaint atmosphere hit right away. Smaller Cheesecake Factory, plus the view of the harbor and people watching made this a true experience. The customer service was excellent. Joshua was our waiter, and while only being a trainee, he did a great job. He met our needs while also being personable and offering suggestions to people in our party who had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before. All in all, a great experience, will eat again.

Visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor my hometown from Florida. I haven't been to a cheesecake factory in many years. And even though there was no crab due to a shortage the meals we decided to choose tasted amazing. I especially enjoyed the Avocado rolls, the dipping sauce is to die for. The tiramisu for desert was also a hit. Thanks for reminding me how great your food is.

I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in probably 10 years and after looking at the calories printed on the menu, it's gonna a be another decade before I go back. 1️⃣ the free vread was delicious. Way too much. Wonder what the sugar content is. 2️⃣ Wait staff was excellent. Made my little man a delightful strawberry dish. Fivestars for that. 3️⃣ Food just has too many calories. How does 1 dish have 2k+ calories? And that's not even the cheesecake. A meal there is easily 3k to 4k calories. I'm trying to live long enough to meet my grandkids so, yeah. It'll be another decade before I go back.

Stopped at this location for lunch after a visit to the National Aquarium the other day. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly. Our server was very courteous. The food was good, especially the street corn. Everyone in our party loved the tangy flavor. The other dishes - spicy chicken sandwich and Korean fried chicken were also delicious. The fettuccine Alfredo was just so so. A few dishes on the menu were unavailable but with so many choices on the menu, this was not a problem.

Our family had a very nice lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. The wait was about 25 minutes to be seated. The hostess takes your cell phone number and they send a text when the table is ready. This way you can enjoy walking the inner harbor until your table is ready. Our waitress was attentive and our food was prepared just right. I had the Shrimp with Angel Hair pasta and the shrimp was cooked to perfection along with the noodles. I’ve eaten before at Cheesecake Factory and usually the food is ok. However, this one represents the brand well.

The food was good, the wait was extremely long, make reservations if you can. There is a lot of traffic at this location as it is near the Aquarium. My family and I had a large party of 13 so we had to wait for over a hour and half. The waiting areas is not big so we had to wait in the foyer of the adjacent building. The hostess at the entrance were not that friendly but out wait staff was organized and made sure we were taken care of. We were seated on the outside enclosed section because our party was so big and it was a bit cold so we had to speak to management to get the heat turned on thus the additional drop in stars outside of wait time. My chicken was over cooked in my meal but all of the other meals and appetizers were really good and satisfying.

We loved Cheese Cake Factory. The food was great! We didn't expect it but we were very pleasantly surprised. The only negative was the place was very noisy. The kitchen had plates dropping and dishes and pans being handled without any care of customers enjoyment. As the previous restaurant owner, I wouldn't have this happen. But it's not my business.

My wife and I had lunch here for the first time and I have to say that it was excellent! The food tasted great, was prepared well and the service was outstanding. The facility is well appointed and up to date. I felt that it may be a little expensive but I also have to take into consideration that it is at the Inner Harbor so I would expect pricing to be somewhat high!

Worth the wait. Food was AMAZING, and appetizer was so good too. Already craving more and the waitress was so nice and really made us feel comfortable

The CF never disappoints. Just some of the food became cold because of early serving.

Food was excellent. Cheesecake tops. Hostesses were harried, stressed, and not well organized. Waitress was busy but she did well. Under our table was a cloth napkin, pacifier, straw, and fork. Bathrooms needed a good cleaning. It was extremely noisy and about had to shout to be heard. But the good food made up for the dining experience

First time at a Cheesecake Factory. Waitress was very kind and we were served fairly quickly. The dinner was okay, but the pasta was hard and tasted like it wasn't fully cooked. The cheesecake was very delicious though. The view of the harbor and being able to watch people was very nice. Bathroom was not clean though. Edit: Came back here on 10/13. Got the Skinnylicious pasta meal and the pasta was cooked fully. Food quality was better this time. We also got an apple caramel cheesecake which was delicious.

We had a great time dining at The Cheesecake Factory! The food was great as well as spending time with family, but the highlight of the night was our waitress Janelle (hope I'm spelling her name right)! She was AMAZING! She took customer service to another level! When she overheard the hostess say that it was a 40 minute wait, my family left the restaurant and she came outside to get us! She sure did! She said she was cleaning off a table in her section and didn't mind adding another one to it just so all of us could have a meal together. Between that, making sure the section next to us was reserved for social distancing so we didn't have anybody sitting right next to us, going down the menu which was tricky because a couple of trucks with food did not make it in and she went back and wrote down everything that was not available so we wouldn't have to waste time on the menu. I'm gluten free/dairy free and my son is lactose intolerant and she helped us pick out meals that would not trigger anything. Customer service is everything for me when it comes to dining out (and of course the food), especially in a pandemic! I just want to thank her for really making us feel safe and welcomed at the restaurant. She took excellent care of us! Thank you!!!!

It was a great experience overall. The food was so amazing. The table was a little cramped for 6 people but fun times. Highly recommended. MUST TRY "OREO CHEESECAKE"!!! Heaven in your mouth.

Luckily we made it early for lunch right before it got super busy. The food wasn't bad. The pineapple upside down cheesecake and the key lime mango were both excellent. The service was not good. I understand they were busy but our orders were messed up three times. Other than that it was ok. Next time I will be going only for the cheesecake.

Went last Sunday, with my husband and 2 yr old. My husband told the lady for seating inside. As we have a 2 yr old and her being outside would be crazy! She said it would be a 20-30 min wait for inside. We said that’s fine. Waited our 20-30 mins and she puts us outside and then says “you need a booster seat let me go get it “ so we waited 10 mins and the only one to show up is our waiter. The outside tables were Dirty! Yes, it’s outside tables, but seriously? He introduces himself and says “let me go get your waters and a toddler cup” mind you, he never asked what we wanted to drink. before he left I said “can you make sure to bring a booster chair” as he scurried away. He comes back 10 mins later with my husband and I water and nothing for my child, & no booster seat by the way. He takes our orders, and scurries away again. 30 mins later the lady brings out her booster chair. The waiter comes back and we order our food. My husband ordered some salmon, steak (rare) with mash potatoes and asparagus. I got a monte crisco with potatoes , and my daughter a cheese quesadilla. As an appetizer shrimp tempura. Which was the only good thing by the way My husbands food looked soupy, the steak was medium well/well done. It didn’t even taste good. My monte cristo sandwich was freaking weird! In the description said crispy or toasted French toast bread, with ham, egg, & bacon. With powered sugar and raspberry sauce. Why the heck did my sandwich had cornflakes on it! I’ve had that sandwich at other restaurants before and never have I ever had freakin cornflakes on a sandwich bread. I didn’t even eat it. My daughters quesadilla didn’t even come with sour cream or salsa. He came to our table once and asked if everything was ok, and before we can answer the mofo literally would scurry away. We also got cheesecake to go and at least that was good . This has been my 3rd here in 10 years, and the service has gone down hill. Shut the place down .

I gave the service 5 stars because the staff was always on top of what I wanted and needed we had waiter Wone. The atmosphere was cool so I feel a 4 star was fair. The food was definitely not what I expected. The calamari was a 5 star which honestly is always on point , the Caesar salad was a 3 star because it was bland taste like mayo with Parmesan cheese in it wasn’t it for me , buffalo wings 🤔definitely a 3 star the water and bread definitely a 5 star. I know you thinking you telling me the water was better then the salad yes that’s exactly what I’m saying the water had more flavor with a lemon in it then the salad. But this is the absolute truth review. Follow my YouTube for more videos at ShymommieTV! Thank you

Our server for the night was super nice! But it was really noisy, rowdy. Also, we heard several plates dropping to the floor, which calls for concern. I had to ask for plastic cutlery because the one provided was not clean.

I have been to the chain before, just not this location. Usually it's fantastic. This location is not up to standard. The bathrooms were a mess. The food was okay. The hostess station is in the back of the restaurant, poor layout. The three hostesses were all helping 1 family. They were so disorganized. Plenty of open tables yet there was a wait. The griddle wasn't working which greatly impacted the menu. A side of bacon was 6.50....the avocado on top of the omelet had seed shell still attached. This location is not great.
