This particular location is absolutely trash! I mean that with a passion! This isn't the first screw up, so this review is totally warranted. This time around I ordered a Cobb salad with onion dressing (How does one mess up a salad, like come on). I requested no tomatoes, no blue cheese crumbles, no bacon bits, no buffalo. I received lettuce and tomatoes! A bowl of freaking lettuce and tomatoes. I'm guessing they were out of chicken, eggs, onions and the onion dressing that's supposed to come on my salad. I tried calling them 4x and each time the machine answers after however many rings and they hang up on me. I sent an email explaining my disdain and yet I'm sitting here with my bowl of lettuce completely hangry. It's not even worth the drive back. Do yourself a favor and pick a different spot to eat!

At this point im convinced that this place is going down hill. I went one night and they didnt have any staff. Everything was running completely slow. Another night they closed early due to not having enough staff. I then ordered carryout last night and they didnt even put enough sauce on my wings but ensured me that they always toss all their wings into sauce. Another container had the sauce sitting at the bottom of the try and my boneless wings barely had any sauce on them. Instead of management acknowledging their mistake and correcting the issue he insisted on telling me that they dont do things that way and left it at that. I definitely would not recommend eating here.

This review is for a takeout order. The order was place online thru their website. I ordered the All- American Burger meal and substituted the regular fries for Potato wedges. I also ordered the cheese curds as my first time having them and they were good. Something different than your normal mozzarella sticks. My food was hot and made well with no problems. Everything was cooked good unlike some of those past pictures posted. I enjoyed the food.

To start off If I could’ve review this restaurant a 0 I would. First thing when I arrive it smell nasty then to tap it off I saw two rats running around the restaurant where everyone dine. And there was no host in the front to greet you and sit you down. This place is so discussing. I was going to have it in camara but I just run so fast out of there.

Had a great sever he always asked if we needed anything and I never felt myself asking, “where’s the waiter”. BUT my wings were not tossed in the sauce enough, thankfully I got a side of my sauce with the wings. NEXT I got the dip trio everything tasted the same but my chips were crumbs so how do you scoop with crumbs. NEXT I know the fries are frozen and not anything special like homemade but they were hard and hollow. FINALLY, IF YOU DO NOT READ ANYTHING ELSE READ THIS!! I thought I saw a boneless wings rolling that someone dropped, NO it was a mouse just running around the ground looking for food and you know there is never just one so there has to be more. I really do love buffalo wild wings but this was an absolutely terrible experience.

I walked in and didn’t see anyone at the counter so I used the QR code on the counter to place my order. I sat down and ordered my food, and still was not acknowledged until almost 15 minutes later. There should always be a person at the counter greeting customers. They compensated me for the wait by giving me dessert. The fries were okay, the chicken wings I ordered weren’t the best looking. The drums had bones sticking out and they were small. I don’t think I’ll order from this location again.

We visited on a weeknight during one of the preseason games, service was excellent and it wasn’t too crowded. I definitely really enjoyed the burger, but wasn’t too fond of the chips and salsa. It tastes like the majority of the salsa is marinara sauce with pico de gallo thrown on top. Regardless, our waitress was kind and visited our table frequently to check in. Overall great service!

If i could give the service and atmosphere a zero, I would. My family and I walked in to a near empty restaurant. There was no one there for greet us and we waited as people were running food out of the kitchen to address us. Every employee we saw had AirPods in their ears, and didn’t even acknowledge us. Eventually someone came to address the lobby that was starting to fill up a little bit. Once we ordered, the cashier was having a little bit of trouble, so he got the manager. The manager came out of the kitchen, which mind you, was the loudest place in the restaurant (while we weren’t being greeted, all we heard was laughing and talking from the kitchen), and he not only was wearing a durag and AirPods, but didn’t even speak to me. That’s a little weird…. My family and I placed the order and quoted 20/25 minutes, fine. My boyfriend went in to get the food after 25 minutes, and was told the order wasn’t ready. My boyfriend kept seeing other order go out the door so a few minutes later, he asked how long it would be. The employee asked what was in the order, and once my boyfriend responded, the employee said something along the lines of “Oh, my bad, it was ready this whole time.” …. so if you didn’t know what order he was waiting on, why not ask ? Again, weird….. Honestly, the food was okay, I just would have had a better, and less expensive, experience at McDonalds :) Don’t even waste your time.

The food here is pretty good, we got a sampler and shared a smashburger before kickoff for football Sunday. The atmosphere was fun, but you have to get here before the games start if you want a seat because the restaurant doesn't open the entire space due to "staffing issues," we were told. The service, they really try. There is little done to be proactive and you will likely have to ask for everything. If you want water, which we drank a lot of, you could have a stack of empty water glasses on your table by the half time (they should put pitchers of water on the tables to reduce glassware use and help out service so they can focus on other more important things. Either way, I will still go back because I enjoyed it even with all of the shortcomings.

We just left due to horrible service from the staff. Took us 45 minutes to get any drinks. Didn't get the managers name but she was extremely rude when we wanted to cancel our order due to the wait. She offered us free drinks but we declined them due to having to drive. The bar had 1 guy working who was taking forever for anything. Would absolutely never return to this location again due to this terrible experience.
