Perfect place for a great social dining experience. From the cheese to the chocolate it's always a wonderful Adventure. The added creme puffs and macaroons for dessert were a nice touch. Great service by Zoe tonight. Melting pot never disappoints.

This was our first time at melting pot. I always walk past this place but never made it on time. So I was like let’s try it. The food was on point! Not to mention, the manager and the server (Nick) was spectacular. I highly recommend asking for Nick as a server, informative, entertaining, and most importantly funnyyyy!!!! Will come here again for the desert aspect. The s’mores Chocolate was amazing!!

A 4 course meal! Made in front of you and you cook your meats! Our waiter was zack and he was very nice and very professional! Great date location and while it’s pricey, me and my husband will gladly go again! You can even customize what they add! And try the brownie in any chocolate fondue! You can’t go wrong!

Cheese & Chocolate were amazing. Main course a little bland. You need to use the sauces but needed salt & pepper as well. Server was either over worked or rough day. He could have been more lively like the other server we saw. Needed more advice on what to pair to make the experience better.

Thursdate is definitely one of my favorite things to do at melting pot! A planned four-course meal for two, you get a great experience for the price. It's an intimate and romantic experience that you both will surely enjoy.

A good place to visit once…been there done that sums it up. They are heavy on the bread and appetizers. A little but on the pricey side considering you cook your own food. The staff is okay. The table service was great and the waitress was very knowledgeable. It was a fun experience but I would not repeat it.

Love this place, Their food is beyond delicious!!! I love how you can choose your own meal which comes with the whole melting pot experience!!! Love that our waitress was a very nice lady that kept up with us to make sure everything was going okay and she also gave us a very cute plate for our 4yr. Anniversary date as well, which was very nice and thoughtful of her to do for us!!! My husband and I loved this restaurant, and the ppl who work here are very nice and it's clean as well. Would go here again but wouldn't make it somewhere we go alot just cause of how expensive they are but for the food and all you get it's definitely worth the price.

I normally do not leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. My boyfriend and I went out to celebrate our 5 year anniversary together. When the hostess brought us to our table, they had it covered with fresh rose petals and a nice anniversary note. Nick was our server, and he definitely brought the best energy to our experience. Tori, the manager, even stopped by to check on us and make sure we were having a wonderful time. From start to finish everything was perfect, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be coming back to celebrate with them again! Thank you guys again so much!

This was a very special night for me because my grandson Jordan was treating me for my birthday. The restaurant also treated me to some champagne. Family and good food who could ask for more.

We went for my daughter birthday on a Thursday at 7pm. The restaurant has 2 other tables with people so it was pretty empty. To make a very long story short, we were there for over 21/2 hours. The server forgot drink orders, and really seemed untrained. She wasn’t sure had what food was available, and kept us waiting and waiting and waiting.. Really poor experience for a special birthday. Update..received a call from the owner who appreciated the feedback even though it was not positive. He offered us an opportunity to return to see how the service has improved. We look forward to coming back to enjoy one of our favorite places to eat and hopefully improved service.

Let me be real here. Who doesn't want a chance to do a fondue night out? This is exactly what you would love. The cheesy appetizer, cooking your owns main course and the topper of having Chocolate to dip in at the end is excellent. All of the menu options are great. Now I went to this one because the pandemic actually forced close the one I love visiting. The space is a little tight with minimal waiting area. There isn't any parking available here. You would have to either ride around and find one or park in one of the many garages in the area. I'm not big on the location being that it is on a main roadway and near a lot of businesses and a University, so there is a lot of vehicles and pedestrian traffic to look out for. Not bad if you can get in and out without a problem, but they could use a larger location to counter the small area of space around it.

For our friends’ anniversary, the table was sprinkled with rose petals and a card from the staff. A plate adorned with a greeting and tiny bite of cake with a candle came with dessert. Each couple ordered an “experience,” which looks pricey at approximately $25-$30 per person, but is really a bargain for what you get. It also allowed us twice the options by sharing dips. Our server prepared the dips, telling us what she was adding as she went, on hot plates built into the table. The first course is cheese. We had Classic and Alpine with vegetables and bread to dip. Second course is salad (everything was so fresh it might have been picked that morning). Third course is the entree with choices of cooking styles, with instructions (how long to keep veggies and meats in the pot). The finale is dessert with a selection of chocolates and all the “dippers” we could eat. Again, go with friends for sharing!

This is my first time trying the melting pot franchise and I’m very satisfied. I didn’t realize they also offer entree selections. Aside from the good food, our server Daniel was exceptional! I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection but he explained everything and he was very patient. Because of his customer service, we had a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely return to this location.

Good and service were fantastic. The menu was well marked with dietary restrictions. Great atmosphere and a good date night place. A little expensive but definitely worth it!

I can't rave enough about how amazing Zack was! He was great with us and our children! He was always very prompt and anticipated what we may need or want next amazingly! I definitely recommend this melting pot! Ask for Zack, especially if you have littles! This location was very clean, quality food, and great service.

We had a party of 7 come in the day before Valentine's Day. The kitchen was slow but our server Lauren was wonderful! She was kind and transparent about the wait. She really made the experience that much better. Thank you! 💚 P.S. management should provide containers so we can take home leftover broth!

Me and my boyfriend shared our three year anniversary dinner at this restaurant and honestly I’m left speechless. EVERYONE is unbelievably kind and went above and beyond. Jeff was our waiter and he needs a promotion because he made our day so special and more. The food was excellent, romantic atmosphere, super clean, fast service, amazing staff and overall terrific experience. Jeff explained every step while preparing our food and really put on a beautiful show with creating the delicious food in front of our faces. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!!!

My first experience but my daughter’s second at the melting pot. We got the big dinner for two which features the cheese fondu , salads , protein and the choice of broth and ending with your choice of dessert. We decided to go with Wisconsin cheese , Caesar and strawberry mozzarella salads , mojo broth with proteins and the pure dark chocolate dessert. In my opinion you can skip the cheese fondu not because of the cheese but the dippings that go with it . Did not particularly care for the breads and veggies. The cheese by itself was very flavorful but did not go well with breads and veggies. The strawberry salad was very good but the Caesar lacked in flavor. The main course was delightful we got a choice of shrimp, steak, teriyaki steak, salmon and chicken . Along with mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli . This was also accompanied with 6 different dipping sauces . Try leaving the mushrooms and potatoes in the pot for a bit they just absorb the flavors of the broth so well. Finally we got the pure dark chocolate fondu with waffle, fruits, pound cake, blondie cake, brownies and Oreo covered marshmallow. The combination of pound cake and warm chocolate is to die for I wish I had more room to continue feasting on them. Btw try the basil strawberry lemonade it’s really good. Dan who took care of us was delightful.

Delicious and wonderful service, definitely will visit again 😋 UPDATE!! Returned recently for the Valentine’s Day dinner and absolutely loved the experience, Zach was our server and he was absolutely fantastic with all his recommendations and easy flow with any accommodations we asked for! 10/10 will visit again and it’s not even our closest one but this guy took the cake for service! Will be returning again soon for our anniversary thank you so much!

This was my first time back since I was taken here for my 21st. birthday. Although the option we went with was pricy, we knew what we chose, and it was well worth the price! Our servers name was Pat, and he provided exceptional service all night, as well as answered any of the question we had.

This place was amazing. It was our first visit and everything tasted so good. It was so romantic. Can't wait to have an excuse to go back. People say it's expensive but 112 dollars for a 2 person 4 course meal isn't really that bad.

The food was a great and it was a fun experience. A little expensive for what you get. What really made it worth it was our waiter Nick. He was really patient with us, explained everything thoroughly. He made sure everyone was having a good time, cracked jokes, and was very accommodating with what was put in to the fondue and our dishes. That man definitely deserves a raise!

I love this location. Very cozy and family friendly. I want to 1st start by saying the manager Tory is AMAZING. I needed a very special accommodation and she help me so well. She carried the situation with so much grace. An this is even before me and my family was seated. Than our waiter/chef Patrick did a phenomenal job! He helped several tables at once but you couldn't tell me he didn't make us feel like he was only there for us. I loved the way he explained how everything worked in detail just for my children alone. An he constantly checked on us, but not that over baring check on us that would annoy you while you eat. I promise you my family will come back again and again. My final comment is the over joy I felt to know that there are still people in this world that really enjoy thinking about the next person still. An I am thankful for that. I'm speaking on the kind gesture of Tory at the end of my visit. She didn't have to go above a d beyond but she did and I am grateful. Yes it was small but it meant a lot to me. It wasn't her getting paid for it so it let me know it was from the kindness of her heart. Thank you melting pot for choosing people that still love to help other people genuinely.

It was good! Maybe not completely my scene but I thought it was good. I brought my girlfriend because she picked that as our date to celebrate her birthday. She absolutely LOVED it. It was really nice to see her so happy. And since I reserved a table in advance and marked it down for a birthday they did a couple special things for my gf. Well done!

Truly one of the best dining experiences of my life. Ares was our server and he was in training but he made sure we were comfortable and helped us with all of our questions the whole time. Teresa the lead server was present but let Ares take charge of our table. We enjoyed our fondue and our entrees. The dessert was fantastic too. But the SALAD. The caprese was fresh and the white balsamic had the right balance of sweetness with the bite of the vinegar. The tomatoes were perfect and not mushy or too hard. The mozzarella was fresh tasting and the greens were green and crisp. Best salad I've had in a long time, maybe ever. To make it all perfect, it was my birthday but I was celebrating my partner by telling them it was his birthday because we didn't get a chance to do anything special for his birthday earlier this year. We got a champagne toast for my birthday, a little waffle treat, and an extra piece of cake with a candle. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We will be back.
